was served by jasmine and she’s very nice! was nearly charged extra because the delivery team did not assemble our sofa seeing that our house wasn’t fully renovated, though we gave the green light to do so because it was near the end of renovation. thankfully jasmine arranged for them to come back again to assemble! delivery team was very unfriendly, but very efficient.

The sales person, Jasmine Lim from Suntec City Cellini was extremely professional, patience, friendly and with great customer service to boot! We were so comfortable with her that we have bought the 2 seater Homer sofa and the Trinity Queen bed for our new home. Bought a cellini adjustable sofa at Suntec Branch. When it was delivered, we discovered that the teo control buttons were loose. However the delivery man refused to take it back. Subsequently we contacted Cellini but they refused to change it for a working one but only offered to repair it. Real lousy! Will never buy from this con shop again!
