I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your team. My recent experience was deeply disappointing, marked by unhelpful responses and a discourteous attitude from staff, Jasmine
When I reached out for assistance with a product issue, I was met with indifference rather than the support I expected. Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative seemed dismissive, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
In an industry where customer satisfaction should be a priority, this experience was particularly disheartening. I believe that effective communication and a respectful approach are essential for any brand, and I hope Cellini can improve in these areas.

Bought a cellini adjustable sofa at Suntec Branch. When it was delivered, we discovered that the teo control buttons were loose. However the delivery man refused to take it back. Subsequently we contacted Cellini but they refused to change it for a working one but only offered to repair it. Real lousy! Will never buy from this con shop again!

We went all the way to Suntec to visit this store — its official closing time is 9 pm however we found out by 8 pm it was alr closed . Shop closed too early — 1 hr earlier than official closing time

was served by jasmine and she’s very nice! was nearly charged extra because the delivery team did not assemble our sofa seeing that our house wasn’t fully renovated, though we gave the green light to do so because it was near the end of renovation. thankfully jasmine arranged for them to come back again to assemble! delivery team was very unfriendly, but very efficient.
