I’m writing this commendation to express my thank to your staff by the name of Mina. I was at JW Marriott hotel yesterday to attend a wedding and my heels gave way when I reach the hotel. I called up the store to get it delivered to me at the hotel and Mina confirm my shoes size and told me to find a shoe of my liking on your website and she delivered it to Me. I wanted to tip her but she declined. She went out of the way to help me and I really appreciate it.

Very put off by the service here. Sales assistant follows you around the shop and stares at you in the face. When you look back at her, she doesn’t withdraw her ‘glance’. Please teach them manners. If you don’t know how to let a customer feel welcome, don’t work in retail.

Wednesday night went in your shop wanted to get a new bag no one serving us....but that time have 2 staff 1 guy 1 lady , they saw us already but still don't want to serve not even a greeting 😢 so disappointed cuz I'm also working in Suntec as a sales person....didn't expect to be treat it like this …
