I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation to your staff, Ms. Fifi, for the exceptional service she provided me at the Cotton On outlet in Suntec City on July 3rd. Her attentiveness and proactive approach truly made my shopping experience stand out. When I couldn't find the grey track pants I was looking for, she noticed my distress and immediately stepped in to assist me. Her dedication to finding the item, even going above and beyond to contact colleagues and search for it, was impressive. The way she presented the pants to me with a smile after just 5 minutes was truly delightful. Her ability to spot a distressed customer and provide timely assistance is a testament to your professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. I believe her efforts should be recognised and rewarded by the Cotton On management. Thank you for making my shopping experience pleasant. i'm giving this place 1/5 stars. The atmosphere was a bit of a letdown - it literally felt dusty. not sure the area manager really know what things need to be done. seating bench is full of stain. The mannequin looks like it's going to fall anytime. The common size wasn't available either XS or XL, Overall, I'd say this place needs a bit of a revamp to get it up to par. Maybe a good deep clean and some safety measurement.

Many years ago I used to buy bigger sizes low waist shorts .. but now hardly find bigger sizes shorts.. and all are high rise shorts … many nice designs but can’t buy n wear :(

Bought 5 items but got charged for 6. Didn’t see the item details on the cashier screen — just the total amount. Only noticed the mistake after checking the receipt back from Singapore.

Terrible staff service. Wanted to pay for my purchase, asked a staff member who was folding clothes, she nudged me to the rear with a disinterested face. Waited 10mins at the payment counter, no staff came. One staff stood at a distance, saw me waiting and then looked away. Of course, I left without buying anything, since they are not interested in doing my business.

Staff are always talking and not paying attention to customers. This is not the first time it has happen and staff always look unhappy and unwilling to help. They always complaining about the work and gossiping in their own language and laughing. Very bad service !! Do not come here

You need to retrain your staff. Yasmin was extremely rude and condescending. I had requested for a refund and repurchase as I noticed I could get a better discount/your discount system is a bit wonky, which I get can be annoying, but it isn’t a crime right? Isn’t this her job? If she does not like to do her job and hates it so much, she could have just asked someone else to do it. I would even be willing to come back another day rather than be subjected to her abuse. She really got a kick out of acting superior and rude. Does she think she’s the only one with a temper? I don’t get why she was acting all angry and rude..it’s her job?! I had a greater cause for anger in fact with this nobody girl suddenly talking down to me and acting so ridiculous and rude... her attitude was appalling. I was extremely pissed off but I held it in, did not engage, and walked away the bigger person. But just because I did not say anything, does not mean I was okay with her ridiculous attitude. I hope she knows she was wrong. It would be nice to receive a sincere apology from her acknowledging her ridiculous behaviour and rudeness. I will be giving feedback to HO as well.. God knows it was so difficult not engaging when she was being such a rude condescending bully. But sometimes you just know when someone is a lost cause. I wonder what makes her thinks she is so great and superior to others? Has she done/achieved something great/helped people out in her life that we all don’t know about? I’m sure the answer is a resounding no. Because of this I will have to return everything I bought and never go back to cotton on again. This has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth.

I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your exceptional staff members, Arriffin, who served me yesterday at your Cotton On store. His service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was he attentive and polite, but he also took the extra effort to find the last pair of pants in my size, which was hanging high near the ceiling. Without hesitation, he climbed up to retrieve it for me, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such dedication and kindness, and I just wanted to let you know that Cotton On is truly lucky to have someone like Arriffin on their team! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Wonderful service from Tinah! I brought a wrong size item and they did not have it at the stall for exchange. She went beyond the service standard and check on the availability at other outlet despite me informing her it's not urgent. Well done! Really enjoyed this service experience. Keep it up!
