Golden Village Gold Class Lounge area was spacious and there is a wide selection of food/ drinks/ alcohol with add on charges!
Love the huge adjustable chairs and blanket which makes your movie better!! However, the tickets is more pricey ($39 per ticket)! Will be better if they include free popcorn or drink!

Nothing like being in a clean and spacious cinema even after Phase 2. The service staffs are great! Lobby is bright and vibrant, chairs are comfortable and the screen in the halls has good viewing angles.
If you're here after Phase 2, do remember that the seats are in pairs or single! Overall, even with all the new rules and regulations, nothing beats watching a movie in a cinema and having popcorn and drinks at the side. Would visit again.

Been here several times to watch movies. Not many people here during weekdays, not sure about weekends. One bad thing is that the toilet is quite far and need to use ticket to exit the gate and go back in just to go toilet

Counter staff doesnāt know that the movie I am watching is not entitled to card promotion discount (HSBC/DBS). When purchasing the tickets, he asked me to go to the kiosk for $3 discount so I did. However, at the kiosk, i couldnāt apply the card promotion and when clarified, was then told that this movie has no entitlement. Hence, the staffās misinformation led to time wasted.
Next, we ordered chicken tenders and we were given a buzzer to collect it outside the hall when the thereās an activation. However, after 20 minutes (and the movie has already started), I had to come out of the movie hall to ask them about my order, after much more time wasted at checking, I was told that the food was prepared and left thereā¦ poor follow-up of the order and bad customer service. By the way, we came on a Sunday morning and there was no queue or crowd. The staff were just free and not even serving any customer. Such a slip of my order is unacceptable.
The final straw came after the movie has ended. I was very urgent and wanted to move out of the hall at the back entrance to the washroom only to be told by the staff (IRFAAN) that I have to exit from the front of the hall to the mallās toilet one floor down. I requested for some flexibility to let me through as I was urgent and explained that my family spilt to watch different movie and that we will meet at the box office. He was rude and told me that unless I am handicap, then he would grant the exception. He even challenged me to talk to the management about this. It was really rude of him and why spend the money on a Sunday to watch a good movie only to end in a bad note. Donāt think you are the only movie company here. Pre and post Covid, your loyal customers supported you and look what happened to Cathy. If they donāt relook into their service staffās attitude, then one day, they might have to close down too.

We've been here two times and the first a five star perfect experience. The second three stars as they made a mistake with our food order, and also took several reminders to bring us drinks. So overall four stars for us. Cinemas great with super comfortable reclining chairs. The area when you first walk in is lovely and perfect to relax before going into the actual cinema.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious cinema halls. The staff are always helpful too. Always a good experience here over the years, ever since I was in schooling days. Keep up the good work! P.S. love the option for hot food to be delivered to just outside the cinema hall when ready!
