First and last time. Worst facial ever. Staff were unprofessional, I had water and soap trickling down my neck from the start, followed by the beauticians trying to figure out why the suction device was so drippy. They explained it was a new machine, and I lay there while they both tried to figure out why. After 10min, I called them out for their unprofessionalism, and they proceeded to use a cordless handheld suction device which looked like one of those home units we can buy online. The suction power was almost non-existent. By this time, I informed them I would prefer not to continue with the facial as the experience was horrendous. I shouldnāt be a paying customer for them to test various devices. I asked my ābeauticianā if she was new because she was so light handed from the start that I felt it was from a lack of confidence and uncertainty. I offered to compensate them for whatever time I had spent there(frankly, only cleansing was done as the suction machine failed). They charged me half the price. If I were nasty, I would have just walked out. I wouldnāt even call it a facial. I can do a better job myself at home. They were very unprofessional with service recovery as well, I can only attribute it to lack of training and inexperience. They shouldnāt be offering facial treatments because it is obvious they are not professionally trained. Iām genuinely surprised they are still in business

I would like to file a complaint about a lash salon I recently visited. The store has extremely unreasonable and unfair policies. I purchased a lash extension package, but when I requested a refund, they refused, stating that all packages are strictly non-refundable.
I also tried to schedule a refill appointment, but was told that I had exceeded the 7-day grace period by just one day, and now they are demanding an additional SGD 30 for the refill. This policy was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.
When I asked to speak to the boss, the staff claimed the boss was not available and could only provide a WhatsApp number. However, no one has responded to my messages or calls via that number.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and feels like a blatant exploitation of customers with unreasonable terms. I strongly urge you to look into this matter.

did my lash here i think it was by shiye? it was so good! i really liked the anime ones she did what suits me. im not sure whys there so many bad reviews but this place has really good staff. i was caught in a jam and was late but they waited even though it was going to close soon. ive been to other lash places, it stings and its around the same price as well, this place doesnt even sting my eyes. and i usually give bad reviews if the place is shit i dont write good reviews, but this place really WOWED me. i signed a package and will be coming back more~~. ^.^ č°¢č°¢ä½ ļ¼

Will not recommend, did eyebrow shaping but both side different, and staff did not ask nor share her point of view (like one side is thinner than the other, what she would do etc) before doing them. Showed her the difference in the camera and she asked me to check in mirror (is it not the same?) Will not recommend to come

HORRENDOUS!! It's my 3rd day after lash extension and my lashes drop most of it!! What's worst was I am already unsatisfied with that clueless lady who doesn't consult and give recommendation for people like me who is only 2nd time doing lashes. She just sit and wait for my answer, expect i know alot of lash extension thing. No cleansing of eyelids before doing too. And when she was done with 1 side of my lashes she asked me check whether it was ok, THANKFULLY she asked me checked, because it was a HORRIBLE did, i said i dislike the length and the outcome ,it wasn't what I guided her, and she said "actually you don't suit cat eye" . Then why didn't she reccomend me and guide me before starting the lash session? And then she followed to removed some of the extra lashes and saying " luckily i have time if not i dont so removing ". EXCUSE ME!!?? I paid and i don't have the rights to ask for ammendments ? The removing of lash was damn pain, pulling up my lids i have to endure, i didn't make any fuss to the clueless lady i see no point arguing with PRC , but today seeing my lashes fell off it made me even more angry ! paid $88 for this promotion eyelash , totally waste of money and experience! Not going back for sure!! REFUND MY $88 !!!

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. The skill of the artist is terrible. They stuck the lash onto your skin, it was super painful when removing it.
They didn't inform me properly about the price. I made an appointment for a touch-up and came all the way down, but when I arrived, they told me I needed to pay. Although they initially said the first touch-up was free.

Alice rescued my broken nails and she is super detail when doing my nails. She offered her personal thoughts and helped mix and match colours because I couldn't decide! She is very sweet. Also, I love how cozy the shop is. Might come back to try their eyelash extensions too.
