What an interesting store. I’ve got shorts from a sales rack (there had even different sizes hanging there) which they sell for the regular price. Then asked for the socks on the mannequin (the only nice ones there) but those are not for sale at all “only for the mannequins”.

Very poor service staff attitude. Only one lady at the counter, and very disinterested when I asked her about a shoe model. She told me the size I was looking for was not available. I asked her if there was another colour and she said she couldn’t help me with that. I asked her if I could reserve my size for the shoe model at another outlet which had it, she said sure but no guarantees. Not sure if she was even interested to help at all.

First time walking out of a store because of a retail rep, after having tried and DECIDED on a purchase.
I visited the store around 6 PM on Friday, April 25th. I'm an easygoing person and initially tried to give the male retail rep (~early 40s) the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might have been having a bad day or that there was some kind of miscommunication. However, throughout multiple interactions, he consistently maintained an extraordinarily dismissive and condescending attitude, even after I gave him a cheery heads up I would be purchasing the pair of shoes I had been trying on (at which point i stormed out).

he Nike “experience” today was… something else.
If by “experience” they meant:
Staff avoiding eye contact
No one knew what was going on
Zero energy at a marketing event
Premium brand feel? MIA.
Honestly felt like I walked into a pop-up hosted by people who lost a bet.
If this is how Nike does brand engagement now, maybe save the budget and just send us a YouTube link next time.
Truly wild how a global giant can fumble so hard on basics.

Pls do not patronize this outlet. I bought a bag from this outlet at the price of $139. However on the same day, just an hour apart, my husband found the same bag at Nike SG online store selling at the price of $99. The receipt stated that items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if they’re bulk purchase or promotional priced items, which my purchase was neither. To cut to the chase - the shop refused to issue me a refund although I showed proof that Nike is selling the bag at $99 only (that’s a $40 difference!) and although their receipt stated that refunds do not apply only to bulk purchase and promotional items. I will tell my friends about this as well. A shop that does not honour its’ refund policy is dishonest.

Don’t waste time on this small store with limited selection of new arrivals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIKE IMM (Jurong East) first then to NIKE CCP (Changi)
