Came by to try the OSIM uLove 3 and had a great experience! The massage chair is really comfortable and relaxing — definitely considering buying one. Big thanks to Xiaolin and John for their excellent service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel very welcomed. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience at the outlet and very pleased with the hospitality and service rendered by xiaolin. Osim will maintain its customer-centric image if there are more staff members like her and not like some in other outlets. Made my day and restored my trust in osim

Huge thanks to xiaolin for introducing me to the OSIM uErgoh! I had the chance to test it out recently, and I was honestly impressed. The support it gives my lower back is just what I’ve been needing, especially after sitting at a desk for hours. It’s not just comfortable — the massage function adds that extra bit of relaxation that makes such a big difference at the end of a long day. I didn’t expect something so compact to be this effective, but it really exceeded my expectations. You can tell it’s well-designed with everyday use in mind. Appreciate you thinking of me and recommending something that actually helps improve my daily routine. Definitely adding this to my wishlist!

Echo and Xiaoling are so professiinal and helpful in explaining the different usage and modes of the massage chairs. UDream is my dream! U Love is really comfortable.
