I purchased a $99 package at Pictures Me, which included 5 hard copy printed photos. The photos themselves were okay, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff initially said the photos could be converted to soft copies, but then the person in charge pushily claimed the photographer didn’t know marketing and demanded extra payment to get soft copies.
This was unacceptable and upsetting. I felt pressured, sad, and frustrated—instead of enjoying the experience, I left feeling annoyed and disrespected. The lack of transparency and the pushy upsell made what should have been a fun photo session completely unpleasant. The unfriendly, rude and pushy service makes this experience hard to recommend. I will not return

I went for a corporate photo shoot at their Suntec outlet and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the photographer was very professional. He helped find the most flattering angles and guided me through the poses. The entire process—from taking the photos to editing and receiving the final shots—was impressively quick, taking less than 20 minutes. Most importantly, the outcome is nice and natural. Highly recommended!

Highly overpriced. $40 for ONE passport pictures and $100 for (badly done, very fake overdone Meitu) hair and make up. Top up $20 for more pictures. You can take a better passport picture with your phone these days. They stay in business because they're affiliated with certain companies and then charge the employees to get digital copies.
Ps: company said it was free but the first thing they told me when I called for an appointment was $95 for pictures!! When I clarified they immediately told me the 'free' version doesn't come with anything. But yes, I didn't want anything to begin with, don't immediately upsell me something I don't even want in the first place? Very sale-sy and pushy.

very good experience here, i like the friendly service, from make up to photo shoot. Angie is so good at making up and PS, she is very patient and kind, i’m so happy to talk to her. Marcus is a very professional photographer that can help you to make a very nice photo. last, John is very handsome.

Wendy was very patience when i asked her some questions for the past few days before i decide to choose Pic me as as my lifestyle photos and company photo. I love how details Chris do my make up, she was very careful as i have sensitive eyes. She and James, my photographer did a fantastic job. Too many nice photos to choose frm and I have to narrow down to 14 photos. And Elise was also patience and helpful to my selection of photos. Highly recommended studio for photo taking and make up!👏🏻

The photo frame should make vertical(portrait) and they framed it horizontal for family photo taking. There’s too much blank space at left and right side on our photo which they frame it horizontally. No professional advice for family photo taking and during selection. No follow up after messaging and calling them too. Not advisable for family photo taking.
Standard lower than I took my own. They “edit” till I can’t recognise myself and family member🙄.

After a month, I decided to top up payment for a half body shot taken in Mar 2025. I called Aisha to trace my profile and pictures, and she took action immediately. Then the picture I selected was done up and emailed across by Celeste within the day.
I hope this review gives buyers and shoppers confident to give Picture Me a shot. I also like to send encouragement 🙏🥰and appreciation to people who really try their best for customers!

On the 26th of January 2025,
, a concerning incident occurred during my family's scheduled photo session
at Lilipop Studio (picture me), located at Suntec City level 3, #03-356. Upon arrival at the studio with my family of five, including my wife and three daughters aged 10, 14, and 18, we encountered a distressing breach of privacy that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
Upon entering the studio at approximately 1:55pm, we were directed by a male staff member to a large white curtained area for our photo session. Shortly after, my wife discovered a hidden camera in the changing area, which was both unexpected and distressing. This situation not only caused discomfort and embarrassment but also raised significant concerns regarding our privacy rights.
It is evident that the actions of Lilipop Studio (picture me) in directing clients to an area under surveillance without prior consent constitute a serious violation of personal privacy. Such practices are unacceptable and must be addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.
