Wasn’t crowded on a weekday evening. Staff are friendly and also attentive even though they seem slightly short-staffed. Food is as good as any of the other locations around and they always have seasonal items on the menu which is great. Overall a great place to dine at if you’re in the building.

This place is insanely amazingly good. everything we ordered was great in terms of presentation taste and quality. Michelin rated and truly deserving of it the deserts are also a must here. save some room for it and you won't regret it. I definitely need to come back to try the rest of their menu. I definitely recommend everyone to come try this place. wouldn't have found this place if I wasn't omw to DTF. UncleSam recommended and star rated.

Dined in for 5 pax. Overall, a mixed experience with a few highs and several misses. Set dinner for 4 plus a few à la carte items. The lychee pork wasn’t warm, soft (not crispy) and mushy. Lor Mee lacked seasoning, and the Vegetable dish’s portion was small. Duck (Jiang Mu Ya) was ok — well-seasoned, though the flowery ginger could be stronger. The fish-pork wanton soup with seaweed and Oyster omelette - OK. Cold chicken dish had untidy cuts beneath the top layer. Quartet appetizer (the seaweed and bamboo jelly felt like a filler - didn’t add much quality / value) and razor clams were forgettable. The salt-baked croaker was a surprise — flavourful and well done. Dessert ended the meal pleasantly. The ice vegetable dish looked nice but wasn’t worth the price. A bright spot: the chilli sauce — really helped elevate the noodles, though it would’ve been better if the noodles stood on their own. Service was polite and attentive. Overall, decent but not compelling enough to return soon.

Revisited this restaurant once again within months, like the space of their private room, checked their corkage charge this time, 30 per bottle. Next time, we will bring our own wine. Nice food, reasonable price, service nice, but only thing is everytime when their staff come in and out of the private room, they don't close the door... Very annoying...

The dishes were excellent and the service was great too. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was nicely decorated and cozy. The tables were not too close to each other, giving you a bit more privacy than most restaurants. We ordered the sweet and sour pork with lychee, crispy oysters, pan-fried yellow croaker and braised bean curd with Chinese cabbage. The last one was our favourite by far. On the way out, we noticed several strollers parked outside the restaurant. So, it must be a preferred place for parents of young children.

Putien at Suntec City is one of the best outlets I’ve visited so far. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for a comforting meal. Whenever the craving hits, Putien never disappoints with its consistently delicious Fujian-style Chinese food. I ordered their signature bee hoon — a must-try dish — along with the Lor Mee, sweet and sour pork, and a side of vegetables. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. Putien has become a well-known name in Singapore for quality Chinese cuisine, and the Suntec location maintains the high standards the brand is known for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable spot for Chinese food in the city.

Putien never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are clean and comforting, and every dish feels like a thoughtful homage to traditional Fujian cooking. The signature Putien Lor Mee is a must-try—silky, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The space is bright, clean, and perfect for both family gatherings and casual meals. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, heartwarming Chinese food that’s done right.

I had a delightful dining experience in one of the private rooms at this restaurant. The waiter, Jimmy, was exceptionally attentive and demonstrated great knowledge while introducing each dish. His warm service and cheerful demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, and he ensured our drinks were always topped up. The only downside was that the air conditioning is centrally controlled by the mall, which made the room a bit warmer than ideal. Despite this minor issue, the quality of service and food truly reflects what you would expect from a top-tier restaurant. I will definitely be returning to this place!

Excellent food with excellent service! The best dish is "Traditional Buddha jump over the Wall!" The price is well worth the quality of the dish. The broth is thick, nutritious and delicious. The other dishes like the steamed yellow croaker and seasonal hairy crab are also fresh and delicious! A highly recommended place for quality lunch and dinner with friends and family!

We come here on a regular basis, and every single time, the dining experience has been utterly stellar. The food is of a consistently high standard, tastes delicious and is great value. The mazu mee sua and sweet & sour pork are standouts. 🍲 Above all, the service is outstanding. The staff there go out of their way to accommodate our needs, and never fail to recognise us and serve us with utmost warmth every time we visit. The manager even gave us special CNY lucky charms during our most recent visit, which was a lovely touch :) Cannot recommend this place enough; you’re guaranteed to have a great experience, as we have every time! ⭐️
