PUTIEN Suntec City brings the prestigious flavours of Fujian Henghwa cuisine to Atrium (Convention Centre) #02-389/390, continuing the remarkable journey of a Singapore brand that evolved from a humble Kitchener Road coffee shop in 2000 to over 80 outlets across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China. This coastal Fujian culinary tradition, originating from the beautiful city of Putian in southeastern China, emphasises the abundant fresh seafood that defines this sophisticated regional cuisine and has earned PUTIEN consecutive Michelin Star recognition for six years at their flagship Kitchener Road location.
The restaurant's mastery lies in signature dishes that showcase authentic Henghwa cooking techniques, including the renowned Fujian Red Mushroom Seafood Lor Mee that celebrates the umami depth of premium mushrooms and ocean treasures, the beloved Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon with its delicate balance of textures and flavours, and the comforting PUTIEN Cabbage Rice alongside the traditional Mazu Mee Sua that pays homage to the coastal heritage of Putian's fishing communities. Each dish reflects the light, soulful approach to Chinese cuisine that has made PUTIEN a household name across multiple countries.
What distinguishes PUTIEN from other Chinese restaurants is their unwavering commitment to using the freshest ingredients while maintaining traditional cooking methods that honour the coastal heritage of Putian city. With 17 outlets across Singapore strategically located in premier shopping destinations like Marina Bay Sands, Raffles City, and major suburban centres, PUTIEN Suntec City serves as an accessible gateway to authentic Fujian cuisine for both international visitors and local food enthusiasts seeking the refined flavours that have earned this Singapore-born brand international acclaim and Michelin recognition for their dedication to culinary excellence.

Absolutely disappointed dinner. Ordered live prawns but came small prawns instead that wasn't even fresh at all. Difficult to peel. Asked the female manager , to check if this is live prawns, all she did was took the plate away and canceled the order. She just said I understand, WITH ZERO APOLOGIES OR EXPLANATIONS GIVEN AT ALL. So they tried to con us. Yam duck was served hard and we had to asked for an exchange. again no explanations given. 1000/10 would not recommend anyone to come here!!!! Whole restaurant are manager ? All in black and ZERO experience!

Wasn’t crowded on a weekday evening. Staff are friendly and also attentive even though they seem slightly short-staffed. Food is as good as any of the other locations around and they always have seasonal items on the menu which is great. Overall a great place to dine at if you’re in the building.

This place is insanely amazingly good.
everything we ordered was great in terms of presentation taste and quality.
Michelin rated and truly deserving of it
the deserts are also a must here.
save some room for it and you won't regret it.
I definitely need to come back to try the rest of their menu.
I definitely recommend everyone to come try this place.
wouldn't have found this place if I wasn't omw to DTF.
UncleSam recommended and star rated.

Dined in for 5 pax. Overall, a mixed experience with a few highs and several misses.
Set dinner for 4 plus a few à la carte items.
The lychee pork wasn’t warm, soft (not crispy) and mushy.
Lor Mee lacked seasoning, and the Vegetable dish’s portion was small.
Duck (Jiang Mu Ya) was ok — well-seasoned, though the flowery ginger could be stronger.
The fish-pork wanton soup with seaweed and Oyster omelette - OK.
Cold chicken dish had untidy cuts beneath the top layer.
Quartet appetizer (the seaweed and bamboo jelly felt like a filler - didn’t add much quality / value) and razor clams were forgettable.
The salt-baked croaker was a surprise — flavourful and well done.
Dessert ended the meal pleasantly.
The ice vegetable dish looked nice but wasn’t worth the price.
A bright spot: the chilli sauce — really helped elevate the noodles, though it would’ve been better if the noodles stood on their own.
Service was polite and attentive. Overall, decent but not compelling enough to return soon.

Revisited this restaurant once again within months, like the space of their private room, checked their corkage charge this time, 30 per bottle. Next time, we will bring our own wine.
Nice food, reasonable price, service nice, but only thing is everytime when their staff come in and out of the private room, they don't close the door... Very annoying...

The dishes were excellent and the service was great too. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was nicely decorated and cozy. The tables were not too close to each other, giving you a bit more privacy than most restaurants. We ordered the sweet and sour pork with lychee, crispy oysters, pan-fried yellow croaker and braised bean curd with Chinese cabbage. The last one was our favourite by far. On the way out, we noticed several strollers parked outside the restaurant. So, it must be a preferred place for parents of young children.
