A friend had tried this hotpot chain in Bangkok and recommended it — so we decided to visit together this time. The hotpot ingredients offered a wide variety, and the buffet section also included two types of cooked dishes, a selection of beverages, and ice cream for dessert.
Although there were only one or two staff members on duty that evening, one male staff member stood out with his polite, warm, and patient service. He took the time to explain the menu clearly, despite being busy handling almost everything on the floor. We truly appreciated his effort and dedication.
Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience and definitely worth recommending!

Chai Hong gave us a warm welcome as we entered the restaurant. She explained very clearly the items on the menu and gave us time to look through it. Service was prompt and quick. Our items for the buffet arrived shortly after we placed order. Food items were fresh. The 2 soups we had were Tomato and Double boiled treasure (herbal chicken soup), both of which were very flavorful. Our favorite food items were the prawn paste, pork paste, pig liver, pork collar, pork belly, yam, dumplings and vegetables. The Coca Sauce is a MUST as it went well with all the food items. Drinks are inclusive - the lemongrass drink was very refreshing. A perfect end to our lunch was the coconut ice cream with gula melaka sauce. Not forgetting we had a wonderful time chatting with Chai Hong while having our desserts. Thank you, Coca, for the wonderful dining experience.

Had a wonderful lunch at this branch. We loved the freshness and great choice of meat, seafood and veggie with the tomato soup base and the double boiled herbal soup base. They also have cooked food. Their famous dipping sauce is one of the reason we keep coming back. Really great value and couldn't have asked for a better steamboat offering.
The service was exceptional especially by Chai Hong. She was attentive and even offered to peel the prawns for us - a level of service not expected even in 5 star establishments.

Review for COCA Hot Pot – Suntec City Mall
I had a satisfying experience at COCA Hot Pot in Suntec City. Their hot pot suki buffet is definitely good value for money, with high-quality meat, fresh seafood, and a wide variety of ingredients including tasty fish balls and vegetables.
The signature suki sauce really stood out – bold, flavorful, and authentic, just like what you’d find in Thailand. I also enjoyed the iced Thai milk tea, which had a strong, fragrant tea aroma – it really brought back memories of drinking Thai tea in Bangkok.
However, the dining experience could be improved. The restaurant felt a bit untidy, possibly due to having too many staff moving around, which created some messiness. Service also needs attention – the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, although I understand they might have been overwhelmed or short-staffed during peak hours.
Overall, the food quality and flavors were excellent, but a little more attention to service and tidiness would really elevate the experience.

Excellent service at Suntec outlet. Staff are friendly. Food is fresh and good.
We ordered Hua Diao Phoenix Pot and Thai Tom Yum. The broth is rich and tastes good. Must order their Signature Fish Glue. It's very fresh.
The Emerald Green Noodle is not just eye-catching but also chewy, smooth, and packed with nutrients. Must try their desserts and drinks too.
