Came at 9, left at 10.
1 beer tower, 6 cups of stout.
Very very bad experience for all of us.

The least you could do is offer us a special rate, maybe 30-40% off?
Would feel better IF YOU TRY DOING SOMETHING and not just - ok too bad, just drink with ice ok?
But yet we are still paying $128 (plus 19%) for this beer. Its really really sucky and bad beer. Agony to be drinking each time we tried
Was told its some issues for the night BUT paying such pricing for SUCH beer aint gona work out
We left as such and had a much more fun time at another place.
No comments about the overall experience as we had no mood at all. We left without finishing the beer. .
Since the management team didnt bother to rectify the issue despite us asking several times, Just take it as a loss or donations. Your overall rating of 3.5.... is something to look into.
Profit is important BUT do look into ur customer's feedback too.
** The 2 waitress did tried their best in all fairness BUT they could offer nothing. Maybe Ice.
But try adding ice to flat beer and let me know.

Overall not bad
As expected that since it’s loud music, staff can’t really hear us clearly.
The ambience and performance was good and the food actually taste quite ok. Just a little bit salty to me.
The amount spent was due to the liquor.
The performer were all very professional.

Can’t really comment on the food cause we didn’t order any bar bites or snacks, but the vibes were pretty nice ! Can get very loud and hard to hear over the music, but if you love Chinese music, this is the place for you ! Personally I love Chinese music so I had quite a nice time here hehe

The first time I came here, the place is magnificent, the staff service is good only at first, the food tastes average, I think everything is expensive. As for the music, I feel indifferent, mostly playing Chinese music

saw this newly launched live house after work, the environment is very nice and cozy, surprisingly the food standard also very high, the singers are all professional and pretty/handsome!!! Really must come and try out this new live house!

For liquor it's better to go for da bundled set deals. Red Livehouse is my favorite spot for drinks! The atmosphere is amazing, and the singers and bands are not only talented but also incredibly good-looking. The service is always top-notch, especially from Jiehao—he’s super attentive, helps me with reservations, and always checks in to make sure I’m having a great time. The food is delicious, and the drinks are reasonably priced with frequent discounts. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic night out！
