I recently had an awesome experience at Sincere Fine Watches Suntec. Walked past the boutique many times before and browsed through their collection a few times. Never bought anything from them before. Went in with the intention of taking another look at the Seamaster and Speedy to decide on a suitable birthday gift...for me : ) Along came Xavier Tan, a knowledgeable and passionate manager from Sincere. Now, I did not have the intention to buy and I probably needed a couple more browsing sessions and googling reviews online before deciding on a suitable watchl. I am aware that visiting a watch shop can be dangerous for any watch enthusiast...LOL. But Xavier knew his stuff....he told me I needed something extra...something special which comes by once in a while. And it was not even on display. He came across honest and sincere. To cut a long story short, the team at Sincere was really hhhmmm... sincere abt getting you the right watch! We had a good conversation on watches and I am now a happy owner of a Breitling Chronomat B01 42! The ice blue dial chrono with a platinum bezel. I mentioned it's always dangerous visiting a watch shop but Xavier and his team...they were certainly sincere! Awesome service! Pay them a visit at Sincere Fine Watches Suntec. Good collection of watches and an even better team to serve you! Highly recommended! And one more thing, Xavier and I share the same birthday! Yes, on the exact day and month! A great watch dealer and friendly staff, especially Joan who looked after us.
Had a good selection of watches from Omega, to Tudor, Panerai, Tag Heur, Montblanc and others.
They processed the tax refund for us on the spot which was great and we ended up buying two new watches!
Only thing could improved is lifting the overall customer experience. For example I had to ask for water and there was no coffee or tea for those customers who are making purchases.
