Service staffs on duty today were so rude. If you don’t wish to serve people then go and become a toilet cleaner and vent your frustration on the toilet bowls instead. Don’t come and show your idiot face to the paying customers!!!!!

Wasn't very hungry for lunch so headed for Starbucks instead. Ordered a chocolate chip and white mocha frappe that comes with a smiley on my cup. Nice touch. Triple cheese mushroom pie is hot and nice. Tiramisu with coffee is soft and fragrant. Nice environment. Can be crowded during meal times.

Great place, really chilly air conditioning in this cafe even on hot days. Plenty of seating. Food and drinks were good. The barista served me a triple cheese mushroom pie instead of the chicken pie I ordered. Maybe they should try and tell the difference. The chicken pie has a crumb-less top.

From the first video you can see the cleanliness is …. When I request in the counter to the staff for a better shape slice of cake as the other is kinda melted and fall apart , she roll her eye and show rude face… Then my espresso was not prepare after 20mins I asked them they realized my order was carelessly forgotten.

Awesome breakfast sets $8.80. The chicken ham n cheese egg crepe wrap and rosemary chicken emmental cheese croissant were heated crispy outside, yet soft and moist inside. Staff greeted pleasantry while we were deciding on the menu. However, they did not explain extra charges, did not ask our name (shouted Americano lol), and did not give a receipt. Environment was very clean and cosy like a living room.

This Starbucks is quite spacious and a great place to sit and have a relaxed conversation. The seating arrangement is not very cramped. The hot coffee and matcha are quite nice, and the grande size of the cup is quite generous. However, just small thing the cleanliness could be improved. There were some small bugs on the floor. Service is quite friendly even we came late near to closing time.

Had Chicken Ham and Cheese Egg Crepe Wrap and Iced Low Fat Cappuccino for lunch. The Egg Wrap was good, perfect combination of egg, ham, cheese and the caramelised onion inside. Food was served hot, it was reheated very well until the cheese is melting and still warm enough until I finish the food. The Iced Cappuccino was good too. And on my next visit to this outlet on the other day, I had Iced Low Fat Vanilla Latte (Less Sweet) and Egg White, Roasted Pepper, Mushroom and Cheddar Wrap. The Wrap was good and served hot, Iced Vanilla Latte was nice too. Overall it’s enjoyable. Good service and nice atmosphere.

Dear Starbucks Suntec City Tower 3 Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an unpleasant incident that occurred at your Suntec Tower 3 outlet involving my daughter. Today 2-3PM my daughter placed an order at your store. However, to our shock, a staff member accused her of not paying for her food. This accusation was made in a rude and unprofessional manner, causing my daughter embarrassment and distress in front of other customers. My daughter immediately requested the staff to check the CCTV footage to verify that she had indeed paid. Despite her calm and respectful response, the staff made no effort to apologise after confirming their mistake. No clarification or apology was offered, leaving my daughter feeling humiliated and unfairly treated. Such behaviour is unacceptable from a reputable brand like Starbucks. Mistakes can happen, but it is the responsibility of your staff to handle them with courtesy, and to offer a proper apology when in the wrong. Unfortunately, this basic level of customer service was not demonstrated in this case. I hope you will look into this incident seriously. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again, and to train your staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism at all times.

Lots of loud and screaming kids. Running all around the place, distracting and disrupting. I’d assume starbucks is a place for people to do their work, and I don’t mind noise. But this outlet became a catalyst of bad parenting, with parents on their phone allowing their kids to disrupt the peace while employees do nothing? Why has shouting and screaming in public became acceptable? Very non-conducive, do not recommend this outlet if you’re planning to get work done.
