ordered the Half boiled egg mentai mayo and it came without the mentai mayo at first then when asked, the server said that it was inside the bowl, so we went digging 🤣 and couldnt find any sauce, just cheese, so we told the server again and she looked like she was going to cry and did not know what to do.
So i suggested to her that she just go to the kitchen and get the mentai mayo in a remekin for us. Its ok 👌🏼
Understand that it is a saturday night and mistakes do happen, but still, didnt utter a word when she gave us the diluted and runny mentai mayo that came

I have visited this store a lot of time but it was quite disappointing this time as there was a brown hair in my bowl when I almost finished my food. The sanitation of the restaurant can be improved. The staffs served me very fast but almost served me the wrong order.

It was rush hour after a convention so it was very packed, they also got our order wrong but was quick nice to fix it for us.

Fast service and the food was delicious! Came around 7pm dinner timing and the queue is still not so long. Waiter was very busy but the food relatively served fast which was good! Had the noodles which was great in soup broth. Will recommend to my friends again to try! Cheap and affordable too!

Affordable yet delicious. If you're craving for some Japanese beef or chicken don, I highly recommend this place. The pricing is super affordable starting as low as $4.90 for their Gyudon and what's more, they're located in Suntec City which is considered one of the more pricey places to dine in. The portion size is just nice and they're quite generous with their meat. Would definitely come back for another visit. 10/10

Came here for lunch, decide to try the melted cheese gyuodon. It was really tasty and plus points for serving it with Tabasco by default 🧀🍚🥓🌶️
The seating area is quite packed and the air-conditioning not strong enough. Otherwise we had a pleasant experience here. Value for money 💪

Good value gyudon in town. They have variety such as yakiniku/unagi/curry don. Combo is also available. Customization is superb here (toppings/add-ons/etc). The original gyudon is very lightly flavored so I favored the spicy negi variety one. There are only sodas and flavored teas if you are ordering set meals. Water (that tasted like they put in some roasted brown rice - genma) is served for free. For M size you can get pretty full.

The food took about 15 minutes to arrive, eggs were cold and the Japanese curry was sourish. Order came out wrong as well, missing 2 dishes which the manager sent to our table after I told them what was missing. Taste was overall okay and not too bad for other dishes like their yakitori chicken. Great variety here.

There’s usually always a queue for this restaurant and it served really good rice bowl! The small size is just right for a lady who’s hungry. Coupled with the special edition of strawberry matcha is really good too!
Easy to order and affordable price as well. The drink is slightly on the higher size but both items cost me less than $10.
Reminds me of the beef don in Japan, I wished there’s more outlets across the island.
