The long queue was totally worth it. The meat was good. The portion was amazing and super value for money. Cheese was a good mix with the gyudon. They serve complimentary tea to go along with the bowl. Definitely will go back again. Queue around 45mins for the food. The S size bowl is 4.2. XL bowl is 8.8. XL portion is really massive, with a lot of meat and rice.

Had this on a Saturday evening for dinner. The queue was surprisingly fast at 6:20pm, and we got our food within 10 minutes after ordering. I ordered the medium size gyudon and made it a set for an extra $3.50 (miso soup & tofu). The meal was very filling! The gyudon was good - tender, thinly sliced beef with their special sweet and savory sauce, which complements the fluffy rice well. It’s even better when you add their toppings and mix it with an egg and spring onion. Every bite was satisfying! I recommend getting the small bowl because the difference between the medium and small was only the portion of the rice. (IMO) The price was affordable ($9.40), making it a great option for a quick and fuss-free meal with your friends. Service was efficient but would be great if they served water as the food does get jelak and slightly salty over time. This outlet is near Promenade MRT station exit. Delicious, convenient and affordable meal - will come back again!

Affordable prices, good service but portions can be more generous. Just outside of promenade station at Suntec City level 1, located at a prominent location and it’s hard to miss. Ordered a Gyu don for $5.90, and comes with a complimentary hot tea. I can see why people are willing to queue, because it tastes good and it’s cheap! You’re paying similar prices for food court, might as well head over here. When it’s gyudon, the only reason this has an upside against yoshinoya is because of the half boiled egg. Goes so well with the beef and rice. Overall, would return. But since it’s QSR, wouldn’t recommend gatherings here.

The staff need to manage seat control and put their attention to their queue situation. We waited for more than 15mins and no staff came and find out how many were in the queue. in the end we took the seating matter into our own hands. Staff here, needs to manage churning food out and managing crowd at the same time.

Comes to Suntec often for lunch, was looking forward to dine at this relatively new Japanese food place that is near to the entrance of Suntec city shopping mall. There was already a queue when I reached around 12.20pm but it moved quickly. We were ushered to a table and given a paper with a QR code to order. Ordering was relatively easy, and the food came shortly after. They have an extensive menu, Ordered the large egg yakiniku bowl set and a miso soup, the meal was SGD$12.30 in total. In terms of taste, it was not bad. However, the beef was tough and dry. Despite order a large portion, the meat was quite little, rice portion was quite huge though. Pointless to upsize the meal in my opinion. Vegetable tasted undercooked as there was raw vegetable taste to it. Onsen egg was cold. Pretty disappointing dining experience I would say. Service wise, there is room for improvement. Drink was not served when the food came. Might return in the future when the operations is more stable.
