It was a wonderful meal. All the dishes we ordered tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect: centrally located and fully air conditioned, but still had plenty of sunlight.
We chose the place for Mothers Day celebration. It was totally worth it. All the dishes we ordered were very delicious, and perfectly spaced out so that we could enjoy each course leisurely. The pasta was a perfect al dente. The ribeye steak was moist and tender. The shrimp paradise was huge with super fresh, crunchy and sweet big prawns. The oysters were fresh and sweet, and the scallop ceviche was the perfect start of the meal, with its refreshing kick that wakes up the palate.

The restaurant is quite easy to find if u take the lift along the link way near Watson to level 3 sky garden. Rainy evening so couldn't see the view that night.
Food is good , especially the crispy egg plant. No lamb smell In the lamb shank and I love the chickpea salad. My friend likes her octopus main too. The lava cake is a good ending very wonderful surprise.

We booked a Sat night dinner to celebrate our anniversary and we loved it so much! The place is relatively less busy and great for date night (not too noisy / crowded!). The food was delicious and worth the price, especially for the quality. We ordered the lamb rack and crab linguini. The chocolate pistachio dessert was so good as well, I honestly think it’s rly worth the price ($132 for 2 appetizers, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 2 mocktails at this quality and setting is so worth it). I think what rly made our night even better was how friendly the waitress and waiter were! They were rly welcoming and service was 10/10!! Will definitely be back!!

Most of the foods that I wanted to try like the salmon sashimi, red prawn ceviche, were out of stock. I hope to try it my next time there. Other than that, the prawn platter was super good. Prawn were supper sweet & delicious. The Hokkaido scallop was also super good, we ordered it twice. Truffle pasta was a miss for me but the other one was great. Service is good, they’re attentive & friendly. Will come back again!

Food was 5/5! The eggplants stole the show, we loved it so much and the portion was humongous.
The rest looks like fine dining presentation, all 4/5 or 5/5.
Only minus one star because I feel like the ‘true cost’ is bit scammy. Like how is coke $3 the true cost. Basically, some of the ‘average price’ of other restaurants is quite inflated, and the price of this restaurant food isn’t that much ‘cheaper’ (I guess all restaurants reflect the true cost then?).
And the minus star is also because we weren’t informed that each person was supposed to order a main until halfway through the meal. Our family generally orders less main, and have some sides to compensate. But only halfway through the meal we were told that we need to order 2 more mains. We were like ??? We had proportioned the food as such already and didn’t have the stomach for two more mains.
Anyway besides that, the ambience was good and food was good. Just this true cost idea seems bit scammy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The place has a great ambience with cozy corners, tasteful decoration, and a very welcoming vibe. I loved the high ceilings and glass walls that created a spacious, open feel. The live bar in the middle of the space adds a lively touch without being overwhelming. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable spot to relax or catch up with friends.

There's a variety of food to choose from. Tried and met expectations. Great service and good food quality. Was expecting the matcha Lava Cake to be flowing matcha, but it's somewhat watery matcha liquid with chocolate lava. There's not much matcha taste, but having strong chocolate taste instead. Not to my liking as I don't fancy chocolate. Can't taste much unagi for the unagi prata, but the dish itself is not bad. Every other dish we've tried is good. Will visit again to try other dishes.

This place is better suited for gatherings with friends and family rather than romantic dates, as it is very bright and the tables are set quite close to each other.
In terms of food, I enjoyed the pasta; it was perfectly cooked, al dente, and full of flavor. The quality of the steak was above average, though I wasn't a fan of the burrata cheese, as the combination didn't turn out to be very appetizing. The oysters were good as well.
What surprised me was that their table reservations on Google Maps weren't accurate. I tried to book a table for 8 PM, but it was listed as unavailable. However, as a regular at the Sky Garden, I went anyway and found that the restaurant was only 20% full! Most of the tables, both indoors and outdoors, were empty, which was shocking!

Be it whether you are expecting eggplant stirred fried the Chinese way or coated with cheese the Italian way, you will be surprised that it is totally not what we had expected. Great dish.
Other than that, I have to comment that for the entrance fee that is charged for all above 12, I felt kind of unjustified. While it made an effort to show how much cheaper the restaurant is charging by putting a market price beside how much they are charging, the entrance fees easily made up the perceived savings one can get. Frankly, I felt a little ripped off because of the small portions and entrance fee. Unlikely to go back again

Booked a table on a Saturday for lunch and the place is relatively peaceful and quiet when we reached at 12pm. Overall service was top notch and lots of attention was given to us.
True cost charges $5/pax cover charge for lunch and I thought it was ok given the fresh and high standard food served during our lunch. Below are my thoughts for the food we tried.
Jap Oysters: very fresh and juicy. You would want to have more after taking a few pieces.
Beef tar tar: it’s one of the better version of beef tartare we have tried in sg. The raw beef is fresh and the overall taste is on point and well balanced.
Eggplant: very unique taste and we love it. Eggplant is crispy on the outside and soft juicy on the inside. Mixing it with the cream and chili gives a satisfying taste that makes you want to eat more. However I find that this standard portion may be too large for two to share. Suggest True cost and look into an option for a smaller portion for two pax to share.
Octopus leg: we ordered the premium mains on the menu and it didn’t disappoint. Very well cooked octopus leg and the potato mousse goes extremely well with it. It’s also one of the best octopus leg I have tried in sg!
Lamb shank: very well cooked and tender lamb. I personally love it as the lamb doesn’t smell strongly. Another 5 star main course dish!
Cheesecake: ok and acceptable but surely not the best I had in Sg.
Verdict? I will surely return again for more! Keep up the good work :)
