Had a pleasant dining experience at Uncle Fong Hotpot! Aaron, the service staff who arranged for our table, was courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout. Another server (petite male) also explained the menu, gave great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed. Their great service truly elevated our meal—recommend!

Very good chicken and fish maw soup; with generous amounts of chicken and fish maw. The chef recommended Prime Beef Short Ribs is superb. A big plus is there is a promotion now on with no GST or Service Charge. Look at the photos, and come try!

Lovely meal with my friends. Second time coming back because the first one was unforgettable, especially the glutinous rice cake dessert. Best invention ever. The ambience is always very clean, not too noisy, and very good and detailed service. Yan Yan was very helpful and checked with us if all is okay.

The brown sugar jelly was good, although the rest are standard hotpot fare. The soup base coagulated a little too fast for my liking - I wonder if that's good for my arteries.
