Big drop in the standard and taste of the soup when compared to what they served previously. Rather disappointed as the soup tasted as if it was diluted with hot water. Not coming back.

Their fish maw pig stomach soup read ok. But their chicken herbal soup was served luke warm and tasted sweetish.

I am a visitor to Singapore and tried breakfast here as I wanted to try Kaya Toast. Ordered the butter kaya toast set. Like many big chains this place has become impersonal over time, the lady at the counter seemed impatient as I was ordering. She seemed to expect me to know their menu. It's a very busy place in the morning making it claustrophobic inside, it's better to sit in the outside seats The food is very nice though I would have preferred the eggs to be done a little more. The soy and pepper are a little cubbyhole hidden away from plain sight. You will have to search for it All in all one of those places that I wouldn't visit again despite the food being very nice.

Traditional local breakfast fare that’s eaten at anytime of the day in modern times. I prefer the Kaya butter toast here compared to the other brands as I find their toasts to be more crispy and fragrant. Coffee and tea was good as well. Soft-boiled eggs are the same, regardless where you eat them.

Located inside Suntec mall. Chain coffee shop with perfect Kaya toast and Kopa coffee. Butter toast with Kaya! Poached eggs are amazing with sauce and dipping toasts 🤤 Order to pick service with limited indoor seating. Good for kids, couples and small groups. Parking available through paid Suntec parking.

Service was fun, food was great. Would be great if there can be a mix of kaya and peanut butter options.

Ordered a kaya butter toast set. The bread was good👍 coffee wasn't too sweet which is good. Asked for hard boiled eggs, took 10 minutes (they informed me it would take 10 minutes) and didn't see the number get call but delivered to me. Good service here. The place wasn't too big. Most of the seats located outside the store and most of the time full.

This review is on the service provided by the cashier Joyce. She seems to think efficency is fast and firm, stripping away any type of politeness and service. It's sad that at her age, she has forgotten basic manners of please and thank you. Wisdom is knowing that you can be nice and have good outcomes. She seems to have missed this. Makes you wonder who put her in a customer facing position in the first place. Bad decision, Ya Kun! The younger workers however are nice and kind. Joyce can learn a thing or two from them: You don't have to be a jerk to get things done. Atmosphere: small and cramped. Even smaller stools. Nothing to shout about. The choice of food is so limited, no wonder I always go to Toast Box.

Hmmm... Can't say I hate it but I don't love it either, very special taste, a bit eggy and a bit coconutty, very sweet so can't spread too much on bread. A taste of Singapore.

I had to try this famous Kaya Toast breakfast, but I also felt like french toast, so ordered the breakfast combo with french toast instead. It was a very filling breakfast and it was really tasty. Service was fast and the staff was very helpful.
