Good service, but sadly, the dj (inexperience but slightly btr den some but sadly dk wads hard or other styles is?) the vibe all is below meh

I feel that the food is very mid, and some of the "influencers" are really ruining the vibe.They shout so loud, and at the end of the they they dont even know what they are doing!But the djs are pretty ok thou:)

live band and environment is nice，this is my first time came to live house. but the service is damn bad，before i came i used to whatsapp for enquire some promo or any slot available. they said wednesday is ladies night has the promo that is min spend $100 that you can get a cocktail tower for free，then i have mentioned that if i bring two guys how is the promo still can or how？they answer yes . until that day ，we ask the waiter also for double confirm they also said yes can use promo. after we ordered，the waiter came over to apologize that has the mistake that cannot have the cocktail tower for free ，cause the reason is i bring one guy to come. But it doesn't make sense though！whatsapp that i already asked and came through also double confirm asked but suddenly tell me cannot have the tower . so bad experience for me even the manager didnt came to solve out the problem and let the poor waiter to solve it . wont go second time again

Red Livehouse is my favorite spot for drinks! The atmosphere is amazing, and the singers and bands are not only talented but also incredibly good-looking. The service is always top-notch, especially from Jiehao—he’s super attentive, helps me with reservations, and always checks in to make sure I’m having a great time. The food is delicious, and the drinks are reasonably priced with frequent discounts. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic night out！

I visited this bar recently and was very disappointed with the experience. My friend and I arrived early to enjoy the 50% off food promotion before 8 pm, and we understood drinks were offered at happy hour prices—$9 per pint. However, when I asked about drink prices after happy hour, I received no clear answer. I asked more than once, but the waitress did not explain or show me any menu indicating post–happy hour prices. This led to serious confusion. Later, the staff asked which PR we booked through. We said we booked via Google, and the waitress walked away—only to return and inform us that there was a $700 minimum spend after 9 pm, excluding anything ordered during happy hour. This was never mentioned during the reservation process or upon arrival. And even if it was somewhere online, it makes no sense—how does it work that what we spent before 9 pm doesn’t count at all? The final bill came to over $1,000. We ordered 4 towers of beer thinking the price was 2 towers for $188 (based on the happy hour menu). But we were charged $128 per tower. The menu never showed this post–happy hour price, and nobody explained it when we asked. I even found $188 for 2 towers already quite expensive, but given the CBD location, we let it go so as not to spoil the evening. But when the bill came, it listed “2 towers $128” yet we were charged $512 for 4 towers. That made no sense at all. I brought this up to the manager, who admitted the pricing wasn't clearly stated. But by then, the damage was done. I felt misled and overcharged. The waitress was also impatient and unhelpful when I tried to clarify, which made things worse. After leaving, I sent a WhatsApp message to try and clarify the situation. All I received was a generic reply: “I’m very sorry that you have experienced an unhappy experience. I will follow up with my service manager about the waiter’s service attitude. Thank you for your feedback.” There was no explanation at all about the unclear pricing or the billing. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
