going on time for your appointment is meaningless here. people who miss their actual, scheduled appointment slots are still seen before people who’ve actually registered on time. To ensure there isn’t backlog and for a good customer experience, shouldn’t people who are on time for their appointment be prioritized? what’s the point of having scheduled appointments if someone 1 hour late for their appointment is seen before someone who’s actually on time?

I have been patronising Bethesda Medical @ Suntec for my medical requirements for many years and exclusively since they moved into their current 3rd floor premises at the north atrium. Samantha and her staff nurse team at reception have always attended to my registrations and other requests expeditiously and without delay, so as to ensure that all my visits were as pleasant and smooth-sailing as possible. Dr. Tina and her team of medical practitioners have also demonstrated thoroughness in their investigations as well as provided sound medical advice and treatment plans for whatever health ailments that plagued me. All in all, i am grateful to the entire medical team at Bethesda Medical @ Suntec for their many years of taking care of my requirements, and I wish all of them well.

Though the corporate package was fixed, the nurse at the center discussed option of doing alternative test of bone density instead of lungs for me. I found the the test for bone density was more applicable for my case so I took it instead. Experience was overall pleasant. Just that my vein was small and arm ended up bruised after extraction of blood.

Dr Tong and now Dr Tina is our family doctor for the longest time. Very good doctors who takes time to listen and provide very good health for our long term well being. Supported by very dedicated and friendly staff like Samantha and Nana.

I went there at around March 2025...This was my very 1st time served by this staff Nurse; Ms. Nana , she was very helpful, not only she's attended my appointment, she also the nurse that helped me for my blood test. Totally Zer0 pain, she's very smiley and cheerful. Kudos to staff nurse Ms.Nana👍 Zero pain, zer0 side effects, fast and service with smile. (Although I'm an adult but personally I don't really like when comes to take 1 stringe of my blood just because the work pass renewal health blood test. Haha.)

Friendly staff and fully equiedwithhealt check up facilities. Doctors are professional and give additional advices on health related matters. One additional thing that I like is the clinic is very Spacious and I don’t feel that I am packed and squeezed with other patients.
