I had a great experience shopping at Watsons in Suntec City! The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of health and beauty products. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful in assisting me to find what I needed. Checkout was quick and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future purchases. Highly recommend this Watsons outlet!

This is another outlet I like to shop other than Singpost. Nice people working there. Helpful and good service. Not just the permanent staffs are helpful but also your temp who is helpful as if she’s a full timer.

The staff Jay at Suntec city branch really did a good introduction of the products I want and share some experience of the good products which I can buy. He provided awesome services to customers. Great job.

Had a pleasent shopping experience at the shop. Cashier name Fara is very friendly, provide me a very good service eventhough I'm just buying small items. All the promotions highlight very clear & easy for me to choose the products I wanted. Cashiers especially understand the products very well whenever I reach them for help. Keep it up!

Chanced past this Suntec Watson's store after lunch and was attracted by eye catching promo items along it's wide store front. Eventually I spent almost half an hour just browsing through products in store and end up making purchase due to attractive display and products. A special thanks to Staff Diana as one of facial product listed 20% off promo was actually over but she promptly assisted to rectify the label on site and even proceed to initiatively honour the promo price to me, what's more in a smiley manner. A wide variety of products+ friendly staff members certainly enhance attractiveness of a retail store and can make a window shopper spend too I guess;P

I used to visit the clinic as it’s one of the panel doctors under my previous company. The visit is always treated with respect by both the clinic staff and Dr Chong . All of them remember their regular patient name, the last time I visited them was 6 years ago, till today they still remember me. The reason that I went back to Dr Chong was mainly due to lack of outcome on my medical concern with our govt clinic and hospital after seeing them for last two months, plus lack of empathy/care and not answering to questions raised. I’m glad that Dr Chong is able to clear my concern and doubt I had today and great to reconnect with all staff in the clinic after many years.

Worst medical visit experience in my life. Dr. Simon Chong talked down to me during the visit and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt like telling him to keep his medicine and walk out. Made me extremely pissed with his condescending attitude. When I was describing my ailment, he cut me off. I hope everyone boycotts this place and this doctor. If I could give zero stars I would. Never again at this clinic.

Dr Simon Chong has strongly recommended me as a gp to switch my current ventolin to another one which is a different type of inhaler claiming its better than ventolin. Why would it be difficult to just prescribe the same trusty ventolin? I have been seeing a specialist for my asthma and this guy thinks he knows it all. Condescending and dismissive. Avoid this clinic at all costs. You’re better off elsewhere at least not seeing this Dr who seems to me has lost his plot.
