Worst clinic and doctor ever . Even is under insurance panel clinic. I won’t see and recommended this clinic again . Well Crawfurd clinic better than this clinic. I just want to try what medicine work for me for my chest muscle pain . Doctor unprofessional, shouldn’t talk to patient this way in sercastic way. As a doctor should be nice to patient that give u business. Isn’t it . I give this review because this is the 1st time that doctor no manner to the patient and I so surprised about it . Anyway, this is to let the review know not recommend this clinic to see a doctor. I whether go to my family clinic.

Dr Simon is very unprofessional. Gave a half baked answer that viral infection causes can be anything. Letting patient to guess. He is also didnt ask patient whether he want MC and he left clinic for lunch. Basically if you don’t ask, you won’t get anything from him.

Very very poor service and doctor not understand patient at all. I am so astonished such clinic exists in Singapore. It has been head aching for several days and sometimes even think will throw up. Docotor said nothing serious… just take panadol, so Singapore clinic = Panadol 真是一个没有希望的地方

Horrible experience! They are closed during lunchtime but doesn’t state on the website! Called them, was put on hold without a word (nobody picked up the phone again). Had to call yet again only to have the shitty attitude from the nurse. Come here if you want to get shitty attitude and waste your time making a wasted trip!

My mom needed to do a health screening for her hospitalisation policy. My mom does not have high blood pressure problem but the report came out with hbp hence the exclusion from the policy. Throughout the screening the doctor did not say anything about hbp and now we have to put an effort (including additional cost) to get 3 hbp tests from GP to submit for appeal. Extremely disappointing with their professionalism.

Dr Simon is the most arrogant and unsympathetic doctor i have seen. does not show willingness to see or find out more. when requested to see specialist, chided for saying its doctor’s opinion and not at patient’s request. not that it’s wrong but is it necessary?

I regret not checking the Google reviews before visiting. Dr. Simon is rude to patients, gets irritated, and even shows anger. When I asked for a referral letter, he misdiagnosed me without proper reasons and insisted I didn’t need to see a specialist. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. The worst doctor I have ever seen in Singapore!

Do you enjoy being interrogated and being talked down to like a child? Then this is the perfect place for you. Made serious mistake of going here because the other clinic in Suntec was very full with long waiting time (in retrospect being empty was a warning sign). Will not re-visit this clinic even if my life depends on it.

I have been seeing Dr. Michel Foo for over 20 years, and she has consistently provided the best medical care. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and truly cares for her patients. I have recommended her to many of my friends, and they have all become her regular patients as well ☺️ The clinic staff, are incredibly friendly and caring, making each visit a comfortable and positive experience. If you’re looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and compassionate doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Michel Foo and her clinic.

Dr Simon is rude and unprofessional, ask me to go to other clinic because he can't be bothered to diagnose me properly from scratch. Criticize other doctors for not doing their job properly, but still ask me to seek other clinic because this clinic cannot access my records. Cannot comment about the other doctors here. But my experience is very negative, would not recommend nor return here again in the future.
