Fantastic experience not just with their latest massage chair technology (BioVis), which apparently is the epitome superseding other brands right now with their customised AI programming that detected our aches and pains and fatigue levels, but also excellent service provided by Sebastian, a seasoned Ogawa manager whom has patiently explained and answered our numerous questions with a very positive, admirable attitude. Much appreciated the experience!

Purchased the BioViz chair after a good trial session. The new BioViz chair is AI powered and provides a very good and targeted massage experience, one of the best massage chairs we’ve tried. Clarence provided very good explanations and service. Highly recommend!

Walked into Ogawa Suntec branch with d intention to check out a massage chair that I was eyeing cos I tried at my brother’s place n it was really good. Was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by Clarence Chan who went out of his way to explain to d 3 of us d differences between d 4 chairs that we were interested in. Bcos of his super good nature n really patience personality he managed to persuade us to get d top of d range massage chair instead! Super hard to find such a nice pleasant young chap who knows his product well n is consistently serving us with a smile. Just tried out the Ogawa Genix 2.0 at Suntec. We were welcomed by Faizal who was very professional with his introduction of the chair. Pleasantly surprised by the functionality because we were looking for a single sofa with recliner function. This one was compact yet comfortable enough, hitting all the right meridian points!
