Took a E-queue number and rush all the say to Suntec city. Even the place is mall is big and difficult locate and finally make my way there. In the end the staff tell me for services for SME they only have limited services! Which I was annoyed as they should have highlight it in the website etc. Then what is worst was the staff at the counter was rude and very impolite. She just brushed me off by telling me nearest is Funan or Rochor Road. Is the bank having problem to get better quality staff and also should they step up for their services?
UOB Suntec City is pretty lucky to have this dedicated lady staff Anne Le.
She helped me settling my bank account enquiries from A to Z.
She even had to hold it in and avoid going to the restroom just to take care of my needs. Salute to her.
Staff said there's 10 people in front of us and waiting time is 30mins. Waited 50mins and there's still 3 people in front of us. Only 2 counters are opened

We went to UOB at the Suntec branch today during lunch to get some red packets. The staff informed us that the red packets were already fully taken. I was surprised, as it was only a little past 12 PM, and they were no longer available for the day. She then explained that they have a daily limit for distributing red packets. I couldn’t help but think, seriously? Not even 1???
The staff was very friendly and efficient. We wanted to open a new bank account with DBS but they don’t accept walked in customer and we instead open a new bank account with UOB. It was easy and very professional.
We went at 2pm on a weekday afternoon.
There was no queue and we managed to do what we needed to fairly quickly. Troy provided great service and deserves a 5-star rating.
We were sent to another lady to receive our debit card and sign some documents which were done fairly quickly as well.
30-40mins after we left, I received a call to ask me to go back to sign some documents as they forgot to issue me earlier regarding my debit card and they said that it cannot be done digitally.
So we took a detour and went back. They mentioned that it will take 5-10mins but we ended up spending close to 1hr there waiting for them to figure things out. Hence, the two star review.
