Great shopping experience for new clothes. Affordable blouses and shirts with different styles. Big outlet with quite a huge range. Friendly and helpful staff. Offered free membership which I couldn’t say no too! Will definitely visit again.

Good range of clothing which is quite wallet friendly. Quality is pretty good too. Bonus points for being so centrally located. They have a good range of sizes and the store layout is bright and very easy to find the clothes which I want. Fitting room is quite big. Do wish that that fitting room has a chair though. Downside is the staff service. They seem to be very busy, hanging clothes, organizing the clothes, attending to the cashier. Only thing they missed is giving service. I asked for a brand new piece and the staff gave a glum look and told me to go to the cashier. I do think that smiles are free and it will not hurt to just curl up the sides of the mouth to smile to the customers. I do hope that they will up the service. Customers love good service and I am sure that sales figures will drive up if there is a bit more friendly and enthusiastic service from the staff.

The shop feels cosy after revamped. Staffs are friendly, they will bother to take a bag and help you put in the clothes that you want to try inside so that your hands are free to browse for more clothes. Very patient staffs from the lady tending the fitting room to the gentleman at the cashier area. They make the whole shopping experience comfortable. While making the payment, the gentleman help to put my purchase inside my own reusable bag. This really impressed me as I don't have such encounter before. Thumbs up! 👍😊

Extremely slow and inefficient outlet. Went on 19 Nov to request for detail printing and was told will be ready for collection between 2 to 3 working days. Went on 29th Nov to check on the status as I didn't receive any call. Took a Q number at 12.53pm and was told 4 customers in front. Went for a quick lunch and came back around 1.30pm but my number was not called nor under the missed number. Checked with the counter and they could not trace my Q number. Waited for another 2 before I was served. When I enquired about my requested statement, they said they have not received but they will log in back end to print but will take a few hours! Totally unhelpful n inefficient

Visited on a Monday at around 11:30am. The wait time was still acceptable, around 20 minutes with 2 customers ahead of me. I was served by Aaron at counter 1, and he was extremely helpful and approachable. He understood my needs right away without me needing to explain much and resolved my issue on the spot. Oh, and he has a great smile, one that brightens up my day. Thank you Aaron!

Wong Wen Loong provides good service when we enquire on the services available in the bank. He is very helpful and answered all our questions politely. When we are loss he patiently guided us in the right track. Highly recomended to look for him.
