Had a wonderful experience shopping at the BB outlet in Suntec, Pauline and Hicham served me patiently and showed me what is suitable for me. They explained the products in details and gave me ample time to decide my purchase. I came in with a mind to buy one bag, in the end, I walked out with 2 backpack. My 2nd time visiting Braun Buffel Suntec City outlet and had a delightful experience. I was greeted cordially by Carter, who was friendly and shared with us the latest promotion and sales etc. As a person who prefers to take my time exploring and selecting products, Carter was always on the ball when answering my enquiries, which helped in making informed decisions =). I had also questioned about leather care as my leather bag had mild amounts of mold due to lack of usage. Carter cleaned my bag on the spot and provided a solution for aftercare as well. Thanks Carter!
