Great shop. Nobody in Singapore was able to fix my ON shoe like Shukey in Suntec City. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great shoe service in Singapore.

Success rate of key card duplication is highly dependant on the type of cards the vendor is using. They recently brought in a set of advanced cards. The success rate was boosted 3 times. Amiable masters-of-craft are patient enough to allow 2 or 3 tries.

Terrible service. Brought my bag and a pair of shoes there for repair. The man there took a quick look at the shoes and told me to might as well buy a new pair since one sole is slightly broken. Then he just went on to work on something else, completely ignoring me until I asked him about my bag. He took a cursory look at the damaged part of my bag and said it is a “gone case” and went back to working on something else. I went to the Shukey at Lucky Plaza afterwards and my experience there was so different. The staff took time to explain how they would fix my bag and shoes, and how much everything would cost. From there, I was then able to make a better informed decision about whether to proceed with repairs or purchase a new bag or new pair of shoes. That’s what professionalism at work looks like.

I’ve been bringing my shoes here for many years. Recently I brought a pair of slingbacks that were too big and they were able to cut the sling and resew it so it fits perfectly. Service is friendly and professional, the turnaround is fast, and the work is exceptional.

I heard many bad rumours about Otaku House but my experience there was a pleasant one . Yes , they lack base on the collection of figurines but the ones they have are not so bad . This was my first time buying a figurine and had multiple queries which were answered patiently my the sales person. Above Otaku House is La Tendo but their figurines and merch and very expensive and prices are 10% more than in Otaku House . The only reason why i am giving 4 star and not 5 is because they advertised membership with spending of $30 even though they were unable to sign you up for membership. Anyways, i think the salesperson have been change as their behaviour doesn't not match the negative comments from the past reviews . Well done Otaku House !!!

Won 2 items in the crane machine in one try, emailed them to let them know. But they mentioned that ‘in their policy’ only one prize is considered if i win two in one go? That is totally unfair isn’t it? I won both prizes fair and square.

Terrible company. Wrote in about their gacha machines eating a dollar, and one week later… still no reply. We had tried to get a toy, but before we could even put in all 4 dollars, it took 1 and got jammed. This was around 9:45pm. The store was already closed. But as this machine was mechanical (like the ones where you insert coins and turn), and not those with lights (and the voice), we thought it would still work. Don’t bother with these unlike you would like to make a donation to this company. 😒😒😒 Edit: Their replies are a bit slow.. but they did finally reply and paynowed back that $1. So thanks!
