Although I am not a big spender, she will still ensure excellent customer service and great attitude to ensure that I leave satisfied. A great watch dealer and friendly staff, especially Joan who looked after us. Had a good selection of watches from Omega, to Tudor, Panerai, Tag Heur, Montblanc and others. They processed the tax refund for us on the spot which was great and we ended up buying two new watches! Only thing could improved is lifting the overall customer experience. For example I had to ask for water and there was no coffee or tea for those customers who are making purchases.
