I would like to file a complaint about a lash salon I recently visited. The store has extremely unreasonable and unfair policies. I purchased a lash extension package, but when I requested a refund, they refused, stating that all packages are strictly non-refundable.
I also tried to schedule a refill appointment, but was told that I had exceeded the 7-day grace period by just one day, and now they are demanding an additional SGD 30 for the refill. This policy was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.
When I asked to speak to the boss, the staff claimed the boss was not available and could only provide a WhatsApp number. However, no one has responded to my messages or calls via that number.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and feels like a blatant exploitation of customers with unreasonable terms. I strongly urge you to look into this matter.
First and last time. Worst facial ever. Staff were unprofessional, I had water and soap trickling down my neck from the start, followed by the beauticians trying to figure out why the suction device was so drippy. They explained it was a new machine, and I lay there while they both tried to figure out why. After 10min, I called them out for their unprofessionalism, and they proceeded to use a cordless handheld suction device which looked like one of those home units we can buy online. The suction power was almost non-existent. By this time, I informed them I would prefer not to continue with the facial as the experience was horrendous. I shouldn’t be a paying customer for them to test various devices. I asked my “beautician” if she was new because she was so light handed from the start that I felt it was from a lack of confidence and uncertainty. I offered to compensate them for whatever time I had spent there(frankly, only cleansing was done as the suction machine failed). They charged me half the price. If I were nasty, I would have just walked out. I wouldn’t even call it a facial. I can do a better job myself at home. They were very unprofessional with service recovery as well, I can only attribute it to lack of training and inexperience. They shouldn’t be offering facial treatments because it is obvious they are not professionally trained. I’m genuinely surprised they are still in business
The ladies are so polite, friendly and courteous and even remember you when they see you other than the outlet area. Kudos to them for making peoples' days.
