Did my lashes during the 50% off promotion period and it was nice. Duration of service was really short (less than an hour) and turned out good. However I didn't like that there was a lot of hardselling and pushy attitude to get the 2 month package. Was persuaded to purchase the package before and after the service even though I was not keen. The consultation part was also quite short and no recommendations were given. Even worse, after standing firm that I was not going to purchase the package, they did not bother to explain the aftercare and did not give the complimentary spoolie until I asked (it was stated on their Instagram page that it was provided). Is this really how service should be if paying customers do not want to purchase packages? I was really irked at the hardselling attitude and this type of service will affect my decision to come back, albeit the lashes are nice.

Professional and quality works by the lash technicians. Would highly recommend Grace as she’s always very patient and kind in her services. Booking over WhatsApp is easy, responsive and helpful.

Have been going to Millys for years and remain a happy customer!. Shi Ye and Grace helped me do eyelashes/nails in my reccent visit and they did a wonderful job as usual.

Alice rescued my broken nails and she is super detail when doing my nails. She offered her personal thoughts and helped mix and match colours because I couldn't decide! She is very sweet. Also, I love how cozy the shop is. Might come back to try their eyelash extensions too.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. The skill of the artist is terrible. They stuck the lash onto your skin, it was super painful when removing it. They didn't inform me properly about the price. I made an appointment for a touch-up and came all the way down, but when I arrived, they told me I needed to pay. Although they initially said the first touch-up was free.

Super happy with my new lashes. I have been going to quite a number of places but hardly have lash beautician knows how to judge which type and length of lashes suits my eyes but Anna did a fantastic job here. Highly recommended this outlet and Anna, thank you once again❣

Will not recommend, did eyebrow shaping but both side different, and staff did not ask nor share her point of view (like one side is thinner than the other, what she would do etc) before doing them. Showed her the difference in the camera and she asked me to check in mirror (is it not the same?) Will not recommend to come

I had a hydro glow facial, 100% recommended. The staff were lovely and the treatment was incredible.

did my lash here i think it was by shiye? it was so good! i really liked the anime ones she did what suits me. im not sure whys there so many bad reviews but this place has really good staff. i was caught in a jam and was late but they waited even though it was going to close soon. ive been to other lash places, it stings and its around the same price as well, this place doesnt even sting my eyes. and i usually give bad reviews if the place is shit i dont write good reviews, but this place really WOWED me. i signed a package and will be coming back more~~. ^.^ 谢谢你！
