I’m not from insurance background, but on my 6th attempted i passed the exam. She help me through this time by giving me moral support and she was very empathy. mock exams that mislead you into the difficulty of the examinations. Provides reading and audio lectures but usually the content don't fully tally, in cases whereby examinees only consumes one or the other type of content, they could miss important learning points for the exam and thus might fail cause of it. also professionalism are questionable, audio recording of the lecture, lecturer burps into the recording? (M5 - Chpt 4 Introduction)
