These people try to make a commission by inserting themselves between other recruiters and job postings. You won't ever talk to the real client because that could jeopardize their business model. The job postings are public like most jobs nowadays. Unfortunately, these Quest Global people call non-stop and send hundreds of emails and you can't block them cause they change phone numbers. And they also ask other call centers to contact you. I get 3 dozen emails and calls a day. I wish companies would ask Quest Global to not misrepresent them or even if there was a way to block them permanently. They do a bad job and want to pay lower than the original company. These people are very corrupt and I wouldn't deal with them. It is a waste of time and they want to offer lower amounts and they waste a lot of your time with excessive calls, texts, and emails.

Worst company ever. Do not join this company if you are ever offered. The entire company comprises of 95% Indian nationals Unethical treatment towards Chinese staff. Just be prepared to be dismissed if you are a Chinese as its manage by a bunch of Indians. Their job descriptions are false. Once you join the company, you are expected to do task out of the JD. They will threaten to give you a warning letter and eventually termination. Some cases happened. Bharath R (Project Manager) who is only in the office 50% of the time. Spend his time “working”from home but actually he is in India. Only he is allow to do this while staff are not allowed to WFH even if requested due to family matters. Kiran Baddi on the other hand, as a manager of Bharath R allows that to happen and listens to Bharath R’s ridiculous claims. HR does not do anything because they are under the mercy of these unethical management. In a good and ethical company, HR should have company regulations set and be a neutral party to all employees. None of this was practice. Management are just plain rude. Just think twice or thrice if you ever want to join them. No future.

Update: Kevin Hsu, the point of contact did a good recovery after the unsatisfying service. Well received his sincerity, and will continue to engage their service next time. The delivery service was not punctual at all. Their driver called to reschedule the appointment, we rushed back from our errands to wait for the driver. And it turned out that the driver made us wait for an hour

5 stars for Excellent and Swift delivery, ordered on the 18th May and delivered on 20th May by (LF Logistics/Janio) during this "circuit breaker" period. Unbelievable Delivery Efficiency.

Same issue as what previous people mentioned. Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a way to speak to customers and this company does not quite have that skillset trained.
