Booking on the Vimo app was easy and the drivers(both ways ) arrived early. The driver details were sent one day before the trip. It was a pleasant experience, pleasant and polite drivers. I did not have to deal with customer service at all. Everything was in the app, including chat with the driver. I booked the wheelchair transport and it was way more affordable than medical transport. Highly recommended.

I been contacting their consumer care more than 20 times and nobody picks up and sent email for 4 times and still no reply I need to return the shoes i ordered and there is no way to return maybe i should just sent it back from the parcel’s originated address I will never ever purchase any goods from their online shop After sales is sucks
