Staff was very approachable and friendly, was straightforward when recommending a deal. Wait time was quite acceptable and food was buzzing~ All in all a very pleasant experience.

Food is generally good, and consistent across different outlets. Staff is also friendly and approachable, and also attentive. Enjoyed the simple burger and fried fish, just good enough for a simple and light lunch. General impression is the foods are of better quality than the average food court and other franchises like Aston's. Will be back for steaks if passing by

The quality of the steaks (cooking, cut and source) is very good for the price. A variety of sources to choose from for the steaks. Would recommend the mid- range new Zealand grass fed ribeye 200g (pictured $32.50 nett). Most other places give tough and lots of fat and tendon cuts for this price. Service was not bad too. Price is nett and payment is on ordering.

Went on valentine's day, dinner 7.00pm was 90%full. Ordered cream of mushroom, french onion soup, pork t-bone, haddock fillet, one cold, and one hot coffee. Food: For the pricing, consider it very worthwhile. Little flaw was, I requested for well done but was about 75%. Still it's flavourful and cooking was balanced on each side. Atmosphere: a little cramp between tables, but still acceptable. Service: well done. Courteous and pleasant. And interestingly, no service charge! Will I go back again? Yes definitely.

Steak is good, but they didn’t follow my instruction for medium rare and meat was more towards medium cook. Side seems to be downsized. Staff are good to inform about the payment deal to get some discount off the total price. A go-to place for steak but somehow it’s losing the appeal.

I’ve been there twice in the past week (coincidentally) and both times I’ve had the 300g steakhouse char, Australian ribeye (medium). The first time I had a decent cut, whereas the second time I got a bit of a butchered cut with a lot of gristle. However, both times, my steak and my friend’s were overdone, with the ordered medium steak arriving more medium-well, and a little dry. Taste was decent, and the sauce made up for the dryness but I would have expected better doneness for a $50 steak.

First time trying this restaurant and will says is good, ordered ribeye and strip loin were taste good. Place is quiet strategically at middle of walkway between Suntec tower 1&2. Staff were friendly.

Saw a queue the night before, decided to come and try it for lunch. Pretty decent for the money you are paying. And you get to drink the local "teh" and "kopi" while having restaurant-standard steak. Liked how they employed a lot of older people who were very courteous and professional. Worth a try. Lunch crowd more manageable vs dinner (the queue I talked about).

Consider a good value meal. We were at Suntec Expo over the weekend, and it was dinner time, so we were craving steak and found a nearby restaurant. We had to wait quite a long time. We ordered the 1kg beef, ribeye steaks, and grilled dory fish. The food was good, but the 1kg beef took too long to prepare, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re very hungry. And we love the carrot olive rice as the side dish. Also, we were served by Jack, and he was very helpful and friendly.

This is the best value for steak your liable to come across and better value then many more expensive places. It's a weekly stop and they do the chicken, the salmon and the pork as well as they do the steaks. There fried chicken steak is phenomenal and definitely worth having at least once.
