Very bad experience/service. The display products has rust on the zippers and I waited for the lady to get the product from inside. Since my product was small she didnāt attend to me and I kept waiting. Finally lost my patience and left. The brand lost its value. Will never be their customer.

Asked the staff to punch an extra hole on my shoe strap. Now my shoes fit perfectlyāno more loose straps.

Terrible customer service by Li Cheng Cheng. Face was black throughout, zero smiles, body language seems unwilling to serve. Asked to try shoes in another colour and she simply just responded that the colour iām trying is nicer. Even when packing my shoes, she just simply tore out the protective paper covering the logo without asking, again, with a black face. I donāt even need you to be super enthusiastic or what, just be polite and smiley.

Wife lives this place gotta get her stuff every time I'm in Singapore
The place is very clean. Even the new shoe u put on the floor and u can see there is no dust on the sole. The stock there are quite new also. So satisfy with a staff who serve me. He is Md Zin Muhammad Zahiruddin Bin, he help me a lot with a kind and patience attitude. Thank you.

Would love to thank Mr Hau H.C on his superb service. Didnāt expect anyone to help me pick out shoe sizes that would fit my large feet, but he did.
He went over and beyond by recommending me the shoes I could try to fit into, and went ahead and got more for me.
I managed to get two lovely pairs of shoes that will fit my shoe size (42/43) and I canāt be thankful enough. Thank you Mr Hau for your exemplary service.

Iāve been shopping at CK for years. Never once received this treatment from a staff before. Made a quick pick up for a bag and when I went to payment, I thought to use atome so I can use my points or see for a discount. The male staff quickly changed his mood gave a straight face when i brought up atome. Is it wrong? You still get your sale. Well anyways my atome didnāt work and just used normal paywave. Didnāt need to give that kind or face/attitude when people are still purchasing from your store. Couldāve given my money to somewhere else

Very disappointing service. Rude and unhelpful staff. Cashier says to me that their products are cheap when I mentioned that I support local!!! Not the first bad experience I've had at that store, but I thought they'd have improved. They need to learn to respect their country's products, their store items and their job.

We always shop at Charles and Keith in SG but the attitude in this store was very sub-par and looking at the reviews, it appears to be a shared problem by others. Considering the clientele around here, I think some training is needed to brush up the attitude or else I wouldn't be surprised if customers were turned off.
