Undesirable customer service.
We wanted to buy an oven so we went to this store to have a look.
We saw a promotion and asked to see the display set. There was none. But they have many stock in sales.
We saw a display set and asked for new stock. No stock available and unable to tell when new stock arrives.
When we gave feedback to the sales person that they should only display stock that are available to save everyone time.
But sales person rebutted us saying she just joined the department 1 week ago. Not her issue.

Camera salesman in this outlet said to me, “Don’t remove the lens, later you damage the sensor.”
As a camera woman for 5 years, I’ve never been insulted by other professionals, but a camera salesman in this outlet had to phrase his words terribly. I walked off pissed. In my years of customer service when I was younger, I was taught to never judge anyone or say anything in a negative tone.
Please train your salesman to do better customer service. Because with that phrase alone, he can lose so many customers including newbie photographers/videographers. Terrible sales staff.

It’s a basic store with the usual appliances. The variety is just ok. Not to deep.
I’m giving 2 stars because of service. I entered the store and was looking to buy a food steamer. No one was interested in serving me. Some even didn’t want to make eye contact. I don’t look scary, trust me :).
So I walked around still no one. So i decided to just study the ones on display and read the boxes. Then I picked up a new one and walked towards he counter. As I reached the cashier, All of a sudden, some sales staff appeared. I can’t help but think that he just wanted to claim the sale for his incentive.
By the way, if you look at the photos (I can’t upload video) there are hardly any customers. There were more staff. And it was mid day so they can’t all be tired.

22 Dec 2023, at about 4pm, my first visit to this outlet and oh my.. I was wondering WHY the owner even bothered to open an outlet here at Suntec (Tower 3/4), perhaps the rental at Suntec is free!!
the environment is rather quiet with more staffs than customers, however they were busy with their own chatting or on their hp.
At the AC corner, this elderly man who was so engrossed with his hp, when I asked him abt AC, he don't even know his products well and were truly unhelpful!!
Then at the washing machine corner, this young man, also don't know his products well. First he told me.. the item, I needed had discontinued but later he told me again, they still have stocks when I refused to purchase the display set. OMG what is wrong with this outlet??
At the hobs and hoods corner, the staff were too busy with their own tasks to attend to me 🤦🏽♀️
At the TV corner, the kind man did asked if I needed help (I think, he is the only one that is normal in the whole shop).
I am moving into a new place and I am looking for many stuffs for the new place, but I definitely not coming back here again!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I Bought a Samsung galaxy ring and told the shopkeeper I wanted a black size 11, after paying for it I ate at a nearby resto and opened my new ring only to find out it was silver, when I went back to have it exchanged the shopkeeper said I can't since it was already opened and he insisted that he told me 2x that it was a silver one He then said that he would have to pay for it and called his supervisor, the supervisor was even worse and said that it was my word against the shopkeeper and between a customer and his staff he'd beleive his stadd. After a heated argument they finally allowed the replacement. Whereas the shopkeeper kept on saying he will have to pay for it while following me to the counter for the replacment. FED UP I told him it was not my problem.

I was looking for a refrigerator replacement and happened that Mr Andy (Home Appliances Product Specialist) attended to me because his other colleague was busy attending to another customer.
Andy is very knowledgeable on the products and not trying to hard sell me. He is very sincere and polite. He listened to what I needed and recommended me relevant products.
His attitude and service is consistent even after-sale. He mentioned any issues related to delivery, I can always text me. True enough, was having some issue during delivery and he responded to my text promptly and managed to resolve the issue in less than an hour. I was amazed with his service and attitude especially in this era, it’s really difficult to find someone who is so dedicated to what he is doing.
I highly recommend his service and rest assured that he is always there whenever help is needed. I will definitely go back to him if I need to purchase other stuffs.

We visited the Suntec branch to purchase an induction hob and were attended to by Stephanie, who was exceptionally helpful. She checked the hob dimensions for various brands and even went the extra mile by contacting the installer to confirm that the electrical supply would be compatible with our existing power supply. On the day of installation, she thoughtfully followed up with a message to ensure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciate her good service ! Thank you Stephanie.

Extremely patient and understanding staff. Not pushy with sales at all. Shout-out to a senior male rep who first attended to us even though he wasn't in charge of top loading washing machines. (Unfortunately, we didn't get his name.) And to Amy, who waited patiently on us until we finally decided on which machine to get. She even gave us her number so that we have someone to call if we need help with the machine in the future. This gesture shows she clearly understands the needs of her customers.
