We went to UOB at the Suntec branch today during lunch to get some red packets. The staff informed us that the red packets were already fully taken. I was surprised, as it was only a little past 12 PM, and they were no longer available for the day. She then explained that they have a daily limit for distributing red packets. I couldn’t help but think, seriously? Not even 1???

Took a E-queue number and rush all the say to Suntec city. Even the place is mall is big and difficult locate and finally make my way there. In the end the staff tell me for services for SME they only have limited services! Which I was annoyed as they should have highlight it in the website etc. Then what is worst was the staff at the counter was rude and very impolite. She just brushed me off by telling me nearest is Funan or Rochor Road. Is the bank having problem to get better quality staff and also should they step up for their services?

Wong Wen Loong provides good service when we enquire on the services available in the bank. He is very helpful and answered all our questions politely. When we are loss he patiently guided us in the right track. Highly recomended to look for him.

Visited on a Monday at around 11:30am. The wait time was still acceptable, around 20 minutes with 2 customers ahead of me. I was served by Aaron at counter 1, and he was extremely helpful and approachable. He understood my needs right away without me needing to explain much and resolved my issue on the spot. Oh, and he has a great smile, one that brightens up my day. Thank you Aaron!

Extremely slow and inefficient outlet. Went on 19 Nov to request for detail printing and was told will be ready for collection between 2 to 3 working days. Went on 29th Nov to check on the status as I didn't receive any call.
Took a Q number at 12.53pm and was told 4 customers in front. Went for a quick lunch and came back around 1.30pm but my number was not called nor under the missed number. Checked with the counter and they could not trace my Q number. Waited for another 2 before I was served.
When I enquired about my requested statement, they said they have not received but they will log in back end to print but will take a few hours! Totally unhelpful n inefficient

I went there weekday afternoon, 5pax before, waiting half hour reached me. Then counter told me here is limited branch, not all banking services provided here, ask go others branches.
When I go in no one at counter services and give number, so I follow instructions use QR code to register. So wasted my time.
Pls improve,, give a clearly stated what service you provide and not. Don't wasted people time,

Terrible wait time at this location. Was advised about 30 minutes wait time when there was 7 customers ahead of me. After waiting 40 minutes, there was still 5 customers ahead. At 1:50pm there is only one single teller working at the counter. No sight of other tellers as all other desks were empty. Unbelievable.
