Poor service . 1 ignored me blatantly as I walked towards her with a pair of shoes in hand , just half a metre away from her . There were no other customers in the shop . The other asked rudely what size you want .

The Bata outlet at the Suntec City Mall has a good collection of items for most occasions ranging from office wear, school wear and party wear to casual wear. Men, ladies and kids options are available. There are almost always a few items on sale but not all sizes are available for these. Located at the lobby level, the outlet is easily accessible.

Please don’t provide a phone number if you don’t intend to answer when customers are trying to reach you.

Shoes were limited in stock but really hands down to the service personnel Ameera was really helpful throughout and I wasn't the best customer with constant trying and testing of different shoes. I really appreciate her patience and always ending the conversation with a smile! 😁

Do not shop here!! DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL I tried to return a pair of $80 shoes that had split at multiple seams after only 2 weeks and they said it was outside their 7 day policy. When I asked them if it was acceptable to have split after 2 weeks they shrugged their shoulders and said “don’t care”

The in-store label indicates the price as $44.95, and the price on the box is also $44.95. However, upon reaching home, I realized that the store had charged me an extra $5 without any apparent reason…

Made a purchase for a shoes yesterday, got back home and realised the price tag on the shoes and the price being charged are different. Went back to the store just now and explained to the lady staff, was told the price tag was old and they forgot to take out, asked for a refund since I felt cheated, gave me the refund eventually but with a super smelly face. Heard a big slam on the floor once I left the store.

Bought the loafers early this year and only wore it leas than 10 times and the quality is bad and hence the inside is tearing out and unable to wear. I am emailed them to request if they could do an exchange for me as a gesture of goodwill being a loyal, longterm customer but unfortunately they rejected as per their reply attached. Very disappointed and I won’t ever recommend and buy anything from Bata in the near future! Not worth the money!

Great collection of kids shoes and great friendly service ... Something that I've found very hard to find in Singapore where the staff is proactively helping you with a smile.
