Male staff very helpful, will purchase from this outlet again

Our 2 years old boy was in toddler class at Josiah at Suntec when we moved to Singapore. We can see his improvement in so many ways. You can see that the teachers and staffs here really love what they are doing and they always communicate with us and let’s us know after school how was our little one,what he has learnt and achieved throughout the day which I feel like this is all we need as a parents who has to work and having a young kids. Just want to say thank you so much for providing a healthy and clean space for our little one to learn and explore the new place and new cultures. 😊

The staff at Infant and Toddler care are the best! Such loving and caring professionals. Highly recommended. Special shout out to Ms. Xuiling and Ms. Hui! Your team is wonderful!

Without question the best childcare in Singapore! Having just graduated from infantcare and now in childcare, my child looks forward to school every single morning. The teachers and staff go above and beyond their roles, are proactive to the max, and are true nurturing mentors to the children.

We sent our 7mo boy to Josiah Infant last Nov’22. He adapted quite well but like most kids, he fell sick very often. I don’t blame the school for this but what was disappointing was that, the school failed to inform us to pick up him early even though they noticed abnormal symptoms. One morning in Jan’23, my son experienced eczema outbreak one hour after we dropped him at school. Teachers noticed this but forgot to inform us. By the time we received him in late evening, he was already in a very bad shape, and later started to exhibit HFMD symptoms. This incident really triggered us. Nobody informed us that our boy was unwell throughout the entire day! Few days later, more HFMD cases were reported. From several conversations with Josiah & our own observations, we could tell that the infant section was clearly under-staffed, and their operation can be chaotic. I do think the teachers tried their best but were just stretched too thin. We eventually decided to withdraw from Josiah - not confident that they will be able to take good care of our boy. We paid the premium for 1:3 staff to student ratio, but the quality of care is not up to expectations. We are also disappointed that the few matters the founders promised after the incident did not materialized and we still have not gotten our deposit back as of today even after a fair bit of followups. For what it's worth, we do observe in the mornings the older kids are generally very happy to go to Josiah, and perhaps that's where Josiah's strength is at.

We had our little Aya in the Josiah school at Suntec and we only have great things to say about this infant care and pre school. The teachers are so kind, and what I love the most is that they are very personal, like a little family :) Aya loved this school and we were so sad to remove her from this school due to our relocation to Europe. I highly recommend it to any parents, kids are in very good hands and learn so much in a very ludic way ! Love it and miss having Aya there already ! Regards to all the teachers from us ❤️

My children have been with the school for a while and we have had a great time with the school. This is truly one place that I have never questioned the care and concern for my children’s well-being in all aspects. If there was ever a mishap no matter how big or small, I was notified fast. I suppose it is understandable if my kids get a mark or fall ill but I truly appreciate their updating me about my children’s well-being. From the time they were babies to preschoolers, it was always such a joy to see the kids thrive under the teachers. We have enjoyed all the wonderful performances and photos shared by the teacher on a frequent basis which lets me know of their progress and experiences. Would recommend Josiah Suntec in a heartbeat! :)

My baby has been enrolled in Josiah since August 2023 when she was 5 months old and it’s been so far so good. Baby does fall sick from time to time but that is to be expected. The teachers at infant care are lovely, from what I see they are very involved and know my baby very well. They often share observations and anecdotes with us at pick ups which we really appreciate since baby spends more time at school than at home. Their standard of care is impeccable, and my baby absolutely adores her teachers, this is very evident at drop offs and gives us a peace of mind daily when we send her to school. I’m really glad we took a leap of faith with Josiah and found a safe place which my baby loves.
