excellent service from Hairul, very patient, friendly and attentive towards customer's needs and made buying our first pair of clarks an amazing experience. went the extra mile when we had to return the shoes we bought because it got uncomfortable due to pressure on a foot problem. exchange process was great and hassle free, can't wait to be back again for my next pair.

Unfortuantely, i have to give a poor review. I went for exchange for half size difference after 1 day of wear, the leather condition is perfect. Only theres minor sole wear, due to 1 day of wear. So they disallow change of footwear. Not even at trade in or what. My last pair of clarks. Bye

I would like to commend Shaffiq for his excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable about the products displayed, and even offered to polish the pair of shoes that I decided to buy before packing it into the box for me. Great job dude and I will definitely come back to shop at Clarks Suntec!

Bought a pair of sandals not so long ago at this store. Service was OK but the shoes were not. Very disappointed at the quality of the shoes. At the price point, I expect the shoes to last longer. I haven't even wore it 10 times and the strap gave way last week. I emailed the store via their website but didn't get any reply from them at all. Not even sure if they had received the email. Certainly won't be buying another pair soon.

Don't bother wasting your time purchasing from their online store. Made my purchase and it's been a few days with no updates. Had to email to ask them status then they replied saying it's out of stock and to wait for a refund 7 to 10 working days. I wonder how long I have to wait further if I didn't bother to email them. Goodness!!
