The food was pretty good for its price (really recommend the tomato cheese gyoza). The manager, Sam, was jovial and friendly. Had a great experience here overall!

2nd time....Super courteous mgr, efficient svc staff, delicious food, clean, not forgetting expert chefs behind the scenes, cooking up top-notch food for customers day after day. Kudos to both Front -of-the-house and Back -of-the -house. Cheers..will be back

Kiwami (極み) means “Extreme” in Japanese, and I was expecting the ramen here to be nothing short of that. Unfortunately, the ramen here did not stand out to me. We had the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen with Egg ($15.90++); despite the pork-bone broth here being milky and smooth, it had a strong porky taste that cut through the savoriness. It was also a bit too oily for my liking. The slices of pork cheek were fatty and tender, but I feel that they could have more aburi char to them as they were lacking that grilled flavour. We also had the Original Mazesoba ($13.90++), which was a dry, mixed ramen that was topped with minced pork and various other ingredients. This was more flavorful than the tonkotsu ramen in my opinion, but the accompanying sauce was rather sour and did not go well with the ramen. They also have 1-for-1 mocktails and highballs, but the Cranberry Lemonade ($4.90++) was not impressive, being merely some cranberry syrup with lemon Sprite. I feel like they could have at least added more syrup! Overall, the decor of the restaurant and service was very good. The food here though, nothing to shout about, but just a decent place if you don’t know what to eat at Suntec and are craving some ramen.

My go-to ramen & gyoza , will literally travel for it. For some reason it’s never full, considering that it’s so good. Broth is flavourful, gyoza perfectly cooked. The older male staff was so attentive to our needs! Super friendly staffs. Definitely must try in the area.

30/8/25 We ordered Premium Red and Tonkatsu ramen. Both tasted good. The spicy level is not so spicy. Portion is small for the price. Yuzu drink was good too. Worth to try.

Always have my meal at this branch but somehow the experience today was not so pleasure. The fire on the stove is so aggressive and when we approach the service staff they just told us to off the stove and on again when we want to cook. Never suggest for us to change table so they can check the stove at all. The fire was hard to handle and our hands were almost burnt many times. Just disappointing on how they handle this situation.

I was here on a weekday late afternoon for an early dinner (around 5 PM). This is one of the more spacious stores compared to other branches I've visited. Since it was right before dinnertime, the place appeared quite understaffed. There was nobody at the counter, so we had to go into the kitchen to get a staff member's attention to get us seated. Later, we also had to wait a bit for payment as most of the staff members were in the kitchen. The staff members who served us were fantastic though, and were all very friendly and patient! Since the ordering was done through QR code, there were no issues with placing our orders, and the meats and sauces were delicious as usual!

The quality of the meat was excellent, and they had a wide range of options to choose from, The side dishes were also delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Great value for money!

Good, quick and tasty meal. The rice with bonito seaweed flakes and unsen egg is a gang buster with kids. The only slight knock is that the rice is a bit on the watery side at this location. Other than that, this location has tons of seating even on Sunday lunch time. Good.

Karubi Set Meal and upgrade to Bonito Seaweed Egg Rice is my usual order. Tried the Thick Cut Salmon this time, it’s so good when the salmon is grilled to 50% cooked. The salmon was so fresh. Best is they are affordable and nice.
