Newly opened branch. Wanted a quick lunch, and tried their signature green pepper pork stir fry and Changsha century egg mashes with eggplant, both are delicious. Nice touch on their free snack crackers and ice cream. Service is fast and efficient. Weāll be back to try the other dishes.

Mixed experience, but good food and reasonable prices. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and scanned the QR code for a waiting number around 5:30 p.m. The system indicated a 55-minute wait with 6 groups ahead, so we decided to take a walk. To our surprise, we received a notification that our table was ready in less than 5 minutes ā much quicker than expected. We placed our order for three dishes at 5:53 p.m. The first two dishes arrived within 10 minutes, which was great. However, we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the final dish, despite reminding two different waiters. It finally arrived after a significant delay, and we were offered a complimentary dish as compensation, which was a nice gesture. Overall, the food was good and the prices were reasonable compared to other simialr restaurants. However, the service could definitely be improved, particularly regarding the timing and coordination of dish delivery.

We were in suntec city for a conference and decided to come for lunch. The service was impeccable and somewhat similar to Haidilao. The food offerings were good and their price was reasonable. Over all it was a good experience. I found some dishes salty but still acceptable.

Ordered golden broth sour and spicy fish $32.90, garlic sautĆ©ed lettuce $11.90 (slightly oily), original taste glutinous bamboo shoots $14.90 (fresh and crunchy) and braised luffa $15.90 (portion too small as dish stuffed with too much soggy youtiao). Food were served hot with burners to keep warm, very typical Chinese cuisines, go well with a bowl of hot steamed rice. Thereās also self service complimentary packaged crackers and ice cream available. Overall pricey imo for the portion served, one can subscribe as their member on the spot and enjoy memberās prices instantly.

Kiwami (ꄵćæ) means āExtremeā in Japanese, and I was expecting the ramen here to be nothing short of that. Unfortunately, the ramen here did not stand out to me. We had the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen with Egg ($15.90++); despite the pork-bone broth here being milky and smooth, it had a strong porky taste that cut through the savoriness. It was also a bit too oily for my liking. The slices of pork cheek were fatty and tender, but I feel that they could have more aburi char to them as they were lacking that grilled flavour. We also had the Original Mazesoba ($13.90++), which was a dry, mixed ramen that was topped with minced pork and various other ingredients. This was more flavorful than the tonkotsu ramen in my opinion, but the accompanying sauce was rather sour and did not go well with the ramen. They also have 1-for-1 mocktails and highballs, but the Cranberry Lemonade ($4.90++) was not impressive, being merely some cranberry syrup with lemon Sprite. I feel like they could have at least added more syrup! Overall, the decor of the restaurant and service was very good. The food here though, nothing to shout about, but just a decent place if you donāt know what to eat at Suntec and are craving some ramen.

The food was pretty good for its price (really recommend the tomato cheese gyoza). The manager, Sam, was jovial and friendly. Had a great experience here overall!

30/8/25 We ordered Premium Red and Tonkatsu ramen. Both tasted good. The spicy level is not so spicy. Portion is small for the price. Yuzu drink was good too. Worth to try.

Ok, I donāt understand why so many people gave such good reviews. Food wise itās just meh, broth is pretty salty, nothing special. But the reason I gave a one star is for the crappy staff, hear me out. We waited over 30mins for our ramen, and itās not a busy day as thereās no queue. And the staff forgot the extras on my ramen I ordered, until I had to remind them twice. They also have a complimentary chicken karaage when you spend more than $65. I asked them about it and they told me itās only for the weekdays and not weekends. Well, guess what, Iām actually literate and petty, so I read the terms and conditions, which says itās only not available on public holidays. So I confronted the staff about it and they budged and gave me the chicken karaage. Iām like cmon, if youāve the audacity to put the promotion on my table, then have the honestly to live up to it. Gotta love the gaslighting staff. Yea, 100% would not recommend, liar liar pants on fire.
