The experience is a disaster, came on Friday at 830pm the food took very long to come( we only order 8 dishes) the QR code order was a headache, by then the food arrive it was going to be last order, we simply had no time or no chance to order anymore food. Quality and standard was poor and the maki was like a rookie standard. Best to avoid.

been here multiple times and always order tons of food. overall, i do feel that this outlet is one of the best in the whole singapore as their food quality is fresh and guaranteed. fast service and super friendly staffs as well!

Visited on a Wednesday @ 4.10pm, no crowd at all very peaceful time to eat alone. Was very lucky to enjoy Coke 1 for 1. Ordered the Best Value Set & Tempura Platter today, very satisfied with the food quality :) Also claimed my free Akaebi Garlic Butter Dai Man Zoku by signing up for a free membership. Kah Khong was very helpful in service and he is extremely polite towards customers. Good job!

Genki Sushi never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and served quickly — love the fun conveyor belt delivery system that adds an interactive touch to the dining experience. The menu has a wide variety, from classic sushi rolls to creative seasonal items, and everything is well-priced for the quality. Service is efficient and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. It’s a great spot for a casual meal with friends or a quick solo bite.

Crowded as usual but a good place for Sashimi craving. Great variety and thumbs up to the service staff for serving me another slice of sashimi as they inform me they miss out a slice for me even when i thought im done. Seats are place very close to other diners. It’s an eat and go place.

Had a really underwhelming dining experience at this outlet. The staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested throughout our visit, which made it difficult to get any assistance when needed. To make matters worse, one of the sushi plates that arrived was visibly dirty and stained, not what you'd expect from a place serving raw food. The food quality was also disappointing. The spicy salmon gunkan had barely any filling mostly just rice. The soft shell crab was over fried to the point of being dry and tough. Definitely not worth the price comparing to few years back. With better alternatives around, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Had dinner here a few nights ago and found our experience to be quite average. After getting seated we took a look at the menu and ordered all dishes in one go. The green tea took 15 minutes to arrive while the first food took like 20+ minutes to come out. It took so long to the point that we asked the staff when our first dishes would be coming out. All the food we ordered was of average quality and nothing too special about it. We are not quite sure how they have the high rating that they have, but we are happy we tried it.

Had a great dining experience at Genki Sushi in Suntec City with my kid! 🍣 The service was fast and friendly, and the sushi was fresh and delicious. The sushi was very good! The beef options were very tasty and savory. The salmon variety was amazing too. The train is just very nice experience, but the sushi is worth it and fresh.
