WOK HEY Suntec City revolutionises the traditional Asian stir-fry experience by bringing the authentic 'wok hei' (breath of the wok) technique to Singapore's fast-casual dining scene at 3 Temasek Boulevard. This award-winning concept, recognised as Singapore's Best Fried Rice and Most Innovative F&B Brand by the Restaurant Association of Singapore in 2021, transforms the ancient Cantonese zi char cooking method into a modern, customisable dining experience where skilled chefs employ rapid stir-frying with constant tosses and turns using cast iron woks over intense flames.
The restaurant's foundation rests on four cornerstone items - egg fried rice, shanghai fried rice, udon noodles, and Japanese ramen - each crafted with premium ingredients including short-grain rice from Japanese paddy fields and market-fresh vegetables sourced from regional farming communities. Diners can personalise their meals by choosing from three protein options: grilled chicken, braised beef, or seasoned prawns, creating over 2,000 possible combinations that cater to individual preferences while maintaining the authentic smoky 'wok hei' flavour that defines exceptional Asian stir-fry cooking.
What distinguishes WOK HEY from conventional Asian restaurants is their unwavering commitment to quality, freshness, and safety, combined with the convenience of fry-to-order customisation that delivers restaurant-quality meals within minutes. The Suntec City location serves as a testament to the brand's philosophy of redefining traditional Asian stir-fry perceptions, offering busy professionals and shoppers a taste of authentic wok-cooked cuisine that balances nutrition, value, and exceptional flavour in every meticulously prepared dish.

Seems like all the complaints are about this outlet being slow and having only one staff.. which clearly nothing has changed from all the reviews. The outlet still have only ONE staff who is taking their time to cook the orders. wokhey management should really look into the matter of providing more staff to this outlet since it's been an going complaint for some time.

Ordered Udon Beef for break fast at 6:23pm.
I am disappointed with the service that Wok Hey provided especially during this period of time where patrons are getting their dinner and Muslims to break fast.
Unlike it's counter part ( Stuff'd), they have 2 servers doing your order while Wok Hey has only ONE.
I am just appalled why at such a busy mall, the management does not deploy sufficient manpower to cater the needs.
Please look into it. Thank you.

Quick, easy and delicious. What else? Come here for the food and take-aways so service and atmosphere are okay-ish in general.
