Yakitori ONE 鳥萬 stands as Suntec City's premier destination for authentic Japanese yakitori, bringing Beijing-born culinary excellence to Singapore's bustling dining scene. Located strategically outside Tower Two at 01-514/515, this innovative restaurant represents the brand's first international expansion after establishing five successful outlets across mainland China since 2020. The restaurant distinguishes itself through meticulous attention to traditional Binchotan grilling techniques, combining ancient Japanese charcoal methods with contemporary culinary artistry to create an unforgettable dining experience that extends well into the night, operating until 2am from Monday to Saturday.
The culinary offerings at Yakitori ONE showcase an extraordinary range of specialties that push the boundaries of traditional yakitori. The signature "mentaiko lollipop" exemplifies this creative approach, featuring delicate zucchini strips artfully rolled and lavished with rich mentaiko before being grilled over premium Binchotan charcoal. Beyond this Instagram-worthy creation, the restaurant takes pride in offering adventurous diners access to rare chicken cuts including chicken heart aorta complete with the main artery, alongside trachea, liver, gizzard, and tails that are expertly prepared using obsessive temperature control and the restaurant's proprietary fine-grained sea salt blend. The comprehensive menu extends beyond poultry to incorporate premium ingredients like Italian cheese, Spanish carabineros, and prized Japanese nodoguro fish.
For those seeking the ultimate culinary journey, Yakitori ONE offers an impressive 15-course omakase experience priced at S$158, beginning with chef's specials of snow crab and chutoro semi-fatty tuna. Each dish reflects the restaurant's commitment to excellence through their house-blended soy sauce and meticulous preparation techniques. The perfectly grilled chicken wings, served two per stick with delightfully crispy skin, demonstrate how traditional yakitori reaches new heights when combined with innovative presentation and premium ingredients. Whether you're a late-night diner seeking exceptional Japanese cuisine or an adventurous food enthusiast ready to explore unique flavors, Yakitori ONE delivers an authentic yet boundary-pushing yakitori experience that sets new standards for Japanese dining in Singapore.
Decent yakitori place in a classy interior. Indoor seating area is nice and cosy, but not your traditional Japanese izakaya setup, but a nice place to bring a date I’d think.
Food was good, with special mention to some of the skewers like the chicken liver, heart, both of which were very tender and juicy, not too dry. Tsukune was very unique, where they have blended the yolk with Japanese curry, which was a refreshing take on the dish.
Some of the less well made skewers in my opinion were the chicken skin and tails.
Otherwise most of the dishes were of good quality, worth a future visit.

Came across this place on Instagram and decided to try it as I wanted yakitori and alcohol. I made a reservation and was thankfully given indoor seats.
Ordered quite a number of items off their menu, and what delighted me were the chicken liver, grilled cheese, fried chicken skin with ponzu sauce, tsukune with raw egg and pork belly.
The oyster would have been better without the berry sauce they put over it, cause I would have wanted to taste the original taste of the oyster, and the sauce essentially just masked quite a lot of the taste.
I'm also quite mixed about their oyako don as I expected the traditional version when I ordered it, but what came was something more like a lu rou fan. Don't get me wrong, it was rather tasty and the accompanying soup was great, but if I'm eating Japanese food, I'm expecting something that matches what I think it should be.

Great yakitori experience with omakase touches!
Tried the a la carte skewers and was impressed by the variety, from chicken neck to liver mousse on toast. The atmosphere is cozy, especially at the counter where you can watch the chef grill each skewer. Great place for a chill dinner or late-night bite. Would definitely return!

From the perfectly grilled skewers and juicy tsukune to the rich abura soba and unforgettable shiso-wrapped chicken skin shrimp (so divine I abandoned my camera!), every bite showed the chef's dedication. The ingredients were fresh, the grilling techniques masterful, and the service warm—a truly exceptional dining experience where you can taste the passion in every detail. Not fast food but soul food you truly deserve. Will be back soon!
Pro tip: sit at the bar to see the perfectly timed grilling in action.
