HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I Bought a Samsung galaxy ring and told the shopkeeper I wanted a black size 11, after paying for it I ate at a nearby resto and opened my new ring only to find out it was silver, when I went back to have it exchanged the shopkeeper said I can't since it was already opened and he insisted that he told me 2x that it was a silver one He then said that he would have to pay for it and called his supervisor, the supervisor was even worse and said that it was my word against the shopkeeper and between a customer and his staff he'd beleive his stadd. After a heated argument they finally allowed the replacement. Whereas the shopkeeper kept on saying he will have to pay for it while following me to the counter for the replacment. FED UP I told him it was not my problem.

One stop store for office and home items/appliances.. they have a range of products for different item categories and brands. Courteous staff and a good place to shop at when you are in Suntec city. Home delivery is available against a certain amount. If you're taking it yourself they help you with the item transfer till your vehicle.

22 Dec 2023, at about 4pm, my first visit to this outlet and oh my.. I was wondering WHY the owner even bothered to open an outlet here at Suntec (Tower 3/4), perhaps the rental at Suntec is free!! the environment is rather quiet with more staffs than customers, however they were busy with their own chatting or on their hp. At the AC corner, this elderly man who was so engrossed with his hp, when I asked him abt AC, he don't even know his products well and were truly unhelpful!! Then at the washing machine corner, this young man, also don't know his products well. First he told me.. the item, I needed had discontinued but later he told me again, they still have stocks when I refused to purchase the display set. OMG what is wrong with this outlet?? At the hobs and hoods corner, the staff were too busy with their own tasks to attend to me 🤦🏽‍♀️ At the TV corner, the kind man did asked if I needed help (I think, he is the only one that is normal in the whole shop). I am moving into a new place and I am looking for many stuffs for the new place, but I definitely not coming back here again!

I was there shopping for a new washing machine with my mum with very specific needs. Salesman Andy was extremely patient and attentive to our needs, even debunking some of our misconceptions. Give this man an award!

It’s a basic store with the usual appliances. The variety is just ok. Not to deep. I’m giving 2 stars because of service. I entered the store and was looking to buy a food steamer. No one was interested in serving me. Some even didn’t want to make eye contact. I don’t look scary, trust me :). So I walked around still no one. So i decided to just study the ones on display and read the boxes. Then I picked up a new one and walked towards he counter. As I reached the cashier, All of a sudden, some sales staff appeared. I can’t help but think that he just wanted to claim the sale for his incentive. By the way, if you look at the photos (I can’t upload video) there are hardly any customers. There were more staff. And it was mid day so they can’t all be tired. Disappointed.

Camera salesman in this outlet said to me, “Don’t remove the lens, later you damage the sensor.” As a camera woman for 5 years, I’ve never been insulted by other professionals, but a camera salesman in this outlet had to phrase his words terribly. I walked off pissed. In my years of customer service when I was younger, I was taught to never judge anyone or say anything in a negative tone. Please train your salesman to do better customer service. Because with that phrase alone, he can lose so many customers including newbie photographers/videographers. Terrible sales staff.

5 stars for Andy, I highly recommend consulting Andy at HN Suntec. He is knowledgeable about the products under his area and is very helpful. We had peace of mind shopping there with Andy’s assistance. Thank you, Andy for all your help! 🙏

I’ve bought several items from Harvey Norman — TV, washer, dryer, vacuum, and more — and Yan was outstanding throughout.
