⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at OSIM Suntec! Xiaolin was very nice and friendly. She patiently explained the products and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Jay! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he took the time to understand my needs and recommend the right product without any hard-selling. His friendly attitude and professional service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows their stuff, Jay is the person to go to. Highly recommend!

The ham and cheese toast breakfast 2 sets for $10.80, come with small hazelnut Americano. Salad and omelette are nice but the buttered toast with picnic ham is disappointing. Service is normal and no greeting no smile. Environment is clean and comfy. Plenty of couch seats.

I love this chain coffee shop. When my friends and I go rollerblading, we stop in here for breakfast. And lately, it's not just breakfast and coffee, it's also smoothies after sports! Big volume, great flavor, freshness and a feeling of satiety. Recommended👌

went into store and ask to buy a small cup of warm water so i can take my medicine. The crew was very kind. They gave me the small cup of warm water without charge and with a warm smile. Grateful for the kindness! Kudos to the crew.

CBTL Suntec is outstanding with excellent service especially with manager Rica, Kayal and Shah when either of them are working I know my drinks will be promptly made correctly the cafè will be clean and organized. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars!!! *****

Just passing by to have a quick drink. I ordered cold brew salted caramel and a free baby cinno my son accidentally spilled the milk as it was too hot to handle. One of the customer help us to give tissue and call the staff for assistance. The staff are very quick to take action and help us to move to our table and he even take initiative to give a new cup of babycinno to my Son, so thankful to Zhenglin and the other staff to help us to clean the mess we make,sorry for the inconvenience we cause. 🙏🙏🙏

Worst outlet. Staff is lifeless and gloomy. Atmosphere is gloomy. Utensil is not clean properly. Got stain. Food is bad. Had shokupan club Sandwich. Toast is cold. Not crisp lack the spread. Food is jelak. Hash brown is soggy and lukewarm. Sparkling tea jasmine is the only thing that they redeem themselves. Sweet and fizzy.

Here’s a update: Still the biggest coffee bean outlet I know in Singapore. Staffs were nice whenever I visited there. I really like the Lychee Mint Iced Tea with real whole canned lychee inside. I concur with one reviewer that since the AC was controlled by the mall so the place felt warm any time before 10am. Music a tad too loud. Had a 2 breakfast for $10 with my friend. My friend said it was value for money. I did not care much about scrambled egg and sausage tho. I rather have waffle or Croffle or anything in between. Came with a choice of coffee or tea. Love the bright setting here :D 02.09.2024 Largest Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I have been. Bright and they really have comfy chairs. Drinks were made right during the few times I have been there. Service staffs were nice overall but during my one visit, a staff was pretty abrupt.

Since CBTL become a Jollibee subsidiary, changes to the breakfast food have been made and now the offerings are NOT worth the money with negative satisfaction on a few fronts. See my pictures. First, what is delivered out of the kitchenette is appalling. Toast, a bit not done on one side?? Pathetic la. Potatoes fired but not exactly cooked yet is it? This is at 940 or so in the morning. The Army serves better cooking. Need to improve. Standards have dropped. 2, at SGD $15.50 you get only a choice of ham or sausage. I miss the days when you get both ham and sausage. Menus need to be reviewed. So the long and short of it: cheap quality items used (I will not mention the eggs etc and choice of ingredients), terrible preparation of the food served; best to avoid this space even though we ALL love the convenience of the location. Pros: location. Good choice of seats and chairs. Not bad at all Cons: music too loud cos speakers not the best, terrible food served and getting worse in early 2024. Suggest (& I say again): - relook at the menu - make sure food is cooked properly la. For the prices you charging people will vote with their feet n wallet if no action is taken. - make sure ur decor, table and chair are rightly sized. Small table and big chair for some parts, it doesn’t work. - acoustics of the place shud be improved - a little understaffed. Guess ur expecting less patrons. Lol.
