Came here for breakfast with my boss around 830am. The staff on duty, Kayan, was really friendly and welcoming when we ordered the SG60 set. When my boss mentioned she was heading to the convention centre for a program, Kayan thoughtfully offered to serve our drinks in takeaway cups instead. Later, when the lid accidentally came off while my boss was picking up her drink and caused a small spill, Kayan immediately offered to replace the cup for us—without us even asking. She was genuinely attentive and proactive throughout, which made the experience all the more pleasant.

Hubby celebrated birthday here. The guy behind counter was very courteous and agreeable. He supplied the candle for the cake and even hot water when I mentioned that the family was coughing. Excellent service. Thanks again. .

The cafe policy is great because we can choose different type for the one for one deal, making it convenient for dining with others. The ice coffee latte is refreshing and sugar-free. The matcha pistachio latte is well-made but seems to be sweetened already. The cheese cakes are undoubtedly the crowd favorites and still taste delicious after many years. The pandan gula melaka flavor is also very nice and adds a delightful addition to the cakes offering. The place is nice and relaxing to enjoy drinks and cake.

Wished they had more cakes selections. Best coffee bean staff here. Friendly and good service. Today we were given a timer for our tea. Cute little thing. Lots of cakes and drinks promotion. Place is clean and air con is strong. Good place to chillax during the weekday, weekends too many pple.

This place is phenomenal, spacious and the staff is friendly. There are a set breakfast for two which is quite worth the value. The latte is so good, the breakfast contains baked beans, eggs, salad and sandwich. It’s enough to fill up my stomach.

Air-conditioning is 0 b4 10 a.m. d numerous spot lights make d place v warm n not environmentally-friendly when excessive air conditioning is required to cool up d place (if u get what I mean) -1* Like d service of d male counter staff, he's patient n friendly. Barista (lady, on duty on Sunday morning) cld say few words like, "enjoy your coffee" to enhance d customer experience?

I came here on 1/09/2024 on Sunday at about 6pm. Thank you Shawn for looking out for me and proactively trying to help me find the best running shoes for me! He didnt oversell me and believed in finding the right shoe that I only require for my needs which I really appreciated. He helped me by finding my best size, as well as making an effort to bring out the many models he recommended I try, as well as with my membership. I really appreciate his friendliness, proactiveness, genuine care to help and knowledge! Thank you Shawn! Will defo come back again!

Entered the shop around 2105, was served by Saiful, who was friendly and yet not smothering. Asked him the shop's closing time, he told me that they're closing at 2130. When he noticed me hurrying around, he was very kind and told me that there's no hurry. He checked if i have membership and pointed out to me that i have 20% discount for my current/next purchase. He proceeded to ask if i wanted to browse further. While i browsed for clothing, he kindly suggested for me to try them on, despite the time. When my friend asked to try a pair of shoes, he was very helpful and served him patiently. Excellent service and attitude, Saiful!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Came here at 03 may at 1240h. Was served by Sales Assistant Yongcheng (sorry if i got the name wrong). He was very calm and patient to help me select the right shoes for my kids and even let me know the store's promotion. Left with a positive experience. Your sales assistant is definitely an asset to your brand.
